What a very cynical oppinion. I suggest your character doesn't share that view to much with my. As leaders of a civil war torn state my characters would probarbly not agree. The reasons La Serenissima supports the rebels is that our policy has favored the weak and suppressed since the end of the Sundavaer rule approximately two centuries ago.
