Rules (OOC)

1. Above all, this is strictly MT.
2. When placing your orders, a letterhead would greatly be preferred. An official-sounding letter is the minimum; one-liners will not be considered.
3. Please consider realism when ordering. Overly-large quantities of equipment for countries that shouldn't be able to afford it will be denied.
4. Redistribution and/or modification of any products are NOT allowed without seeking prior permission from me.
5. Please don't godmod or wank with the hardware; feel free to inquire about products over TG to me, I'm here.

6. Any and all orders may or may not be denied.
7. Please read each product's page and export clearance ratings carefully, before ordering.

Information

Riysian High Command (QAR) is the rough equivalent of a Ministry of Defense for Riysa. All things military are controlled by the QAR, including the development, production, and distribution of military hardware - the arms industry is completely owned and run by the military. As this is run by military personnel and developed by military personnel with front-line experience, quality and quality control is high, with the soldier on the field being valued as opposed to the dollar for private companies.

Exports are authorized based on relations/ties to Riysa and regional location. Upon exports, QAR may offer training and advising for use of Riysian equipment, as well as domestic production rights depending on the hardware. Please inquire in your order if you are interested.

We would greatly benefit from these I predict. Mostly, we use our TYU-23's for multi role purposes but due to common demand from the Air Force, we may need to find a multi role to replace the TYU-23. We are willing to pay a reasonable price for these flying killers and we will use them to their potential and maintain them until every speck of the fuselage is clear of dust!
P.S: This will greatly help us in a war with Etarmoof in the 2nd Republic of Texas, we haven't used our planes yet, though I want to just get these just in case!

As Defense Minister for the United Socialistic States of the Republic of Chernivitsi, I am highly interested in purchasing 10 TaH-29ATD aircraft for use in my nations defense forces. Before my nation will agree to purchase them we would wish to know several things: 1.) Approximately how long will this order take to fill? 2.) what are the specifications of the TaH-29ATD aircraft? 3.) Are these systems capable of being operated from aircraft carriers or solely from land?

We just wanted to make sure you understood that the SMD-18B and SMD-19B are thermobaric missiles for anti-infantry/demolitions, not shaped charge warheads.

We also wanted to inform you that a DPR is a very serious and expensive business, that drains budgets and as such should only be reserved for the most necessary of circumstances. At this moment, we'd only fulfill a single DPR for one of the ATGM series and would rather encourage you to buy smaller quantities of the hardware you are interested in.

Dear Riysa, us here in Erquin, request for our previous order to be filled, but also changed. As such, we asked for the 2 TAH-29s, in which we decided were insufficient for testing in that number, so we actually want 3 of the jets, just in case and for the reason of seeing if these aeroplanes can fit into our air force well. We also need to test for sufficient usage of one of your most peculiar SMD-18's, with the (A&D) kinda thing on them, I have no idea. So, we would really, as a nation, like some weaponry, if its accessible to us and stuff, and thank you for your time today.

~After careful analysis and several reliability trials, the overall assessment of the NEDAF Flight Testing Center Team is that the QAR-ISA aircraft are reliable and more than adequate for the assigned purposes of the NEDF.

The extreme maneuverability of the Daqanoush, or Shrike was impressive. The ability to engage from BVR and at both high and low altitudes when flown against other top fighter aircraft from both within the region and outside of it, including the [Redacted], [Redacted], [Redacted] and [Redacted], scored it very high marks. It is possibly one of the best built air superiority fighters in the region. The Shrike's possibility to be a multi-role aircraft and take on a versatile armaments load as well as systems packages makes it an ideal replacement for the NEF-39 Gripen that now fulfills that role.
It is also well suited to adapting the Schwyz systems that are preferred by the NEDAF, although the Khanjar systems are very up to the task.
This also goes for the Tanan interceptor, which, while not having the air superiority factor of the Shrike, is an able interceptor for the defense of the Confederacy, or for overseas bases in a hostile theater. The Tanan also has some other roles it can fulfill, always a plus in the current multi-tasking climate of the NEDF.
During the final large trial, they worked well with the Warriors, RCC, LIRCAS, gunships and other aircraft in our arsenal in a coordinated campaign strike.
The maintenance factor also rates highly with personnel that performed shake down tests on all the aircraft.
These aircraft will be a valuable asset and better than anything currently domestically produced for similar purposes. This is an abbreviated summary of the original IACA.
