While we would like to take your word on this matter, we would like to request proof that Timmy City has agreed to this matter and knows they would be paying this fee. Additionally we are worried that you may be over estimating your capacity to sell these products, 100,000 chocolate hampers is a lot of chocolate and we have doubts that your airline has that many customers. If you could allay these worries, we would be content to accept your offer but until then we must wait for more answers from yourself.

We will require the government of Timmy City to confirm their part of the deal, as while we would like to take your word we cannot just do so for security reasons.
