Welcome to CiTrans - Transport and Logistic Solutions for any situation!

What We Currently Do
We are appointed to doing all public transport in Cicunda, from scheduling to operations. Since cars are banned from there, it is a service we have had to make work for everybody. We currently run 192 train and 192 bus services each day every day, operate 73 different bus and train stations, and hire over 4,500 staff! ~~A preview of our timetable can be found here.~~ (Link currently unavalible. Transportation Development and Technology
Our services are operated by Hybrid buses, and development teams are working on making hybrid engines powerful enough to haul trains. We are commited to making our systems and fleet as safe and effecient as possible!

Our Buses
All CiTrans buses that are in operation currently are Hybrid rebuilds of buses purchased from IronHope. These buses, formally known as CiBuses, have been rebuilt to withstand the extreme weather conditions faced in Cicunda. From heavy rainfall to snow storms on the top of Mount Romano, they'll perform in all conditions. Our research and development team work alongside engineers at building and testing, ensuring that performance and safety are met to the highest standards internationally.

Our Trains
Trains currently in service are Diesel Electric, while Hybrid engines are in the R&D stage. We currently operate with 4 different locomotives. The CI class are built with high gearing for maximum acceleration while maintaining a decent top speed, for passenger services. The CS class locomotive is built with low gearing for more power instead of acceleration, for freight workings. The CK class locomotive are High Speed Locomotives in use on the Kingfordian train between Cicunda and Kingsley Bedford. They have been built and geared to acheive a top speed of 250km/h. The CF class HSL is geared for high speed, but also freight working between Cicunda and Kingsley Bedford. They can currently acheive a top speed of 216km/h, but have a current safe working limit of 200km/h.

Greetings

Cestyr High Speed Rail Co. has learnt about your quest to design a hybrid train and as such, we would like to formally submit our proposal for our own diesel-electric hybrid high speed train design, the Virage HST.

The Virage HST is a 300km/h capable train with a range in excess of 10,000 kilometers for some variations of this model, making it one of the fastest diesel trains in existance and also one of the longest ranging trains ever designed. The secret to this is the Virage's unique and distinctive propulsion; using two aircraft turboshaft engines in place of somewhat more conventional prime movers. The reduction in weight coupled with the
Virage's immense power output catapults it towards the forefront of the high speed train class. Only a select few trains have the on-paper performance to match the Virage. The turbine design of the Virage makes it suitable for long-distance and steady speed travel where a notable drop in fuel consumption can be seen when comparing the Virage against a similar performance diesel train. The Virage also offers the flexibility of being able to run on ethanol and biodiesel as well as jet fuel and diesel. Running the Virage on biodiesel or ethanol can create a carbon neutral method of transportation.

Virage also offers the latest technology for a smooth and safe ride. Virage debuts the ActiTrack method of tilting which senses tilts in the track ahead without having to rely on GPS data or signals transmitted from the track itself, meaning the Virage can operate at it's optimum anywhere unlike many other tilting services. Virage features an active suspension setup with magnetic dampers to smooth out any jolts from track connections. Virage uses a titanium body contstruction for lightweight yet impressive strength and features a myriad of safety systems in order to protect it's occupants. Cabin customization is endless.

Virage is availble in three different lengths with three different levels of installed power, therefore it's easy to match a solution to CiTrans. CHSR will also offer a warranty on our products and training for the operation and servicing of our trains.

Here is the information you have requested:
1. Annual Charge to the Sultanate of Bindu.
There is no charge to the Sultanate of Bindu (hereby just SOB) for the operations that CiTrans will perform. Instead, we will be asking for Funding of which amounting will be at SOB's discretion.

2. Additional Charge Rate (if any).
There are no additional charges for the operation of CiTrans in Bindu.

3. Total Local Staff Recruited.
We strive to hire completly local staff for our operations. In the event there are not enough local qualified staff, CiTrans will provide employees and trainers from Cicunda to fill in while we perform training to fill in the gap. This training will be $50 per person, paid by either SOB or the individuals. The only exception to this will be the Cheif Operations Officer (COO), who will be staying to ensure the operations are being performed to our standards and that we are keeping to our promises.

4. Number of Employees brought from Cicunda.
As mentioned above, we will only send the necessary staff temporarily to fill in while local staff are train, with the exception of the COO, under conditions aforementioned.

5. Fleet to be imported for Bindu Operation.
As per your request, we will be using both Hybrid and Electric buses for operations in Bindu. These will be imported in and spread out where we belive they will be most efficent. All current buses you have in operation can be taken out of service to be upgraded to suit your request. In terms of models, we will be using IH Automotive's EBUS model for the Electric operations, and CiTrans CiBus for the hybrid operations. These are former IronHope SC1000 models, just modified by CiTrans for hybrid running. As mentioned before, we will also be using current fleet once upgraded. Buses not immediatly in service can be used for side operations such as school buses or charters.

6. Spare Parts / Supplies.
Parts for these models will depend on the original sourcee who built the buses, with minor exception of the CiBus. We prefer to use the original builder's parts to ensure guranteed performance and compatability. IH Automotives will deal specifically with all spares/supplies to do with the EBUS, and since they have operations in your country, this will mean that parts may be sourced locally (if they so choose). With the CiBus, IronHope Pte Ltd will be responsible for any of the parts EXCLUDING the Hybrid Engine, as the engine is a CiTrans model. IronHope also have operations in your country, so they can be sourced locally if they choose to aswell. CiTrans parts are all locally sourced where possible.

7. Name of CEO / Managing Director for Bindu Operation.
The Cheif Operations Officer (COO) will be in place of a CEO in operations under CiTrans Bindu. The appointed person to fill this position will be Brodie Davidson, who has been with CiTrans Cicunda for a long time now, currently in the position of Routes Management Officer. We belive she will be the most suitable for the position given her international experience finding routes for our aviation sub-company, Tribal Airlines, and assisting in building the routes we currently have in operation in Cicunda.

8. Fares charged for Routes.
The fares charged by CiTrans will be dependant on funding, as more funding means less ticket price. We generally charge these rates:

Concession: $1 for 2 hours, $2.50 for a daily.
Full fare: $2 for 2 hours, $3.50 for a daily.

Pricing can be adjusted according to SOB's wishes. Concession includes: Children up to 17, government concession program participants (if applicable), and seniors.
