Stease high command is having a hard time distinguishing friend from foe. Naturally this has hampered the invasion. The majority of the landing force has already disembarked from their land craft. Currently the Steasemeisters are linking up with the 98th Sturmtruppen. Prime minister Derek Darren will await confirmation from Chairman Valko Markov and the rest of the Volkstradis military before the officially commits troops into the battle for the city.

My sincerest condolences. The destruction of the capital city is merely part of a natural process that culls the weak to make room for the strong. Do not fear it, for it affirms us and our actions. What remains is to understand Markov's failings and purge them from ourselves so that we do not succumb with the next great culling.

Stease troops are entering the city, splitting up into small units along designated checkpoint as per the instructions of high command. Each individual unit is heading to different targets. On the ground information is kept on a tight leash, all anyone is told are their destination and specific goals.

I'm concerned.

This situation should not exist, and hereby we declare ourselves willing to write a Lend-and-Lease pact with Monkeykind, against the bolshevist and evil communist plans to overthrow the current government in Booston.

The pact we propose is as following:

• 20% of the military expenditures of Monkeykind on this war will be paid by our nation.

• We will send 200 supply trucks, 10 Patriots and 150,000 tonnes of gun ammuntion, Patriot ammunition, food, and military protection clothes (including protection against the upcoming winter), and 75,000 litres of water and benzine each.

• Open borders for military vehicles, so we can transport them to you.

• Reparation of Monkeykindian military vehicles by our mechanicians.

This will be the pact, if you are in agreement with us.
