In a short period of time the Imperial Navy was mobilized and 6 aircraft carriers with 87 new J-12 aircraft on it were patrolling Iravian waters.
They were escorted by 54 destroyers and 34 submarines of the Imperial Navy to secure the Gilnean threat on sea.
Rooijakker gave command to the armed forces which mobilized a small army of 125.000 men. An extra 76.000 were put on active duty.

Irav won't back down. We haven't yet showed our true capabilities. Once we are done with them they will be nothing more then a third world country.'' West started yelling. As allies of Gilneas, we must side with them. Yes, it is true that this was a racist action, but it turned out good. These people were A: illegal immigrants, B: Not treated well in Gilneas, but treated well in the countries they were deported to, C: supposed to be a peaceful action until other nations threatened it, and D: at Least the Acharians there were all part of an anti-Gilnean terrorist group. The minorities have so far lived a much better life after deportation and are actually thankful, minus the Acharians who want to suicide bomb their leader. Hereby, on behalf of the Imperial and Royal Government, Kingdoms and States represented in the Council of State declare:

1. Kingdoms and States represented in the Council of State shall grant immediate financial aid, grand total of 40,000,000 Imperial and Royal Nomisimas in gold, hard currency, oil and military supplies to the Government of Irav.
2. Kingdoms and States represented in the Council of State freeze all financial assests of Government of Gilneas. Gilnean persons, natural or legal, allocated in the banks of Kingdoms and States represented in the Council of State.

General McNeal was at one of the most secret places in the nation. Looking though several Gilnean warplanes.
He picked up an old and dusty map from one of the shelves which said ''First Gilnean Defence Plan'' he put the map on the table and started reading it. The plan contained a lot of information about Gilneas former armies which were defeated by Irav and her allies. This information would be usefull in case of a Gilnean attack.

In the mean time tens of millions Iravians were watching television. When a Gilnean hacker broke into the security and played a video of the Gilnean Kaiser. Who told a rather stupid message to the Iravian people. One of those millions was president West. ''Well damn, they didn't just do this. They will pay for this stupid move.'' A few minutes later president Phill West came on the television and said ''Don't worry people of Irav. There is no way Gilneas can harm you. We've taken actions against them and will expect victory soon.'' and West too dissapeared from television.

The president was furious about the recent hacking of the Iravian television. This was seen by most people as a lack of safety that was provided by the Iravian government. In response West forced all digital securities in Irav to strenghten their security.
Because of lack of security he thought that the Gilnean people might knew anything about Iravian numbers of troops.
In response to the hacking admiral Rooijakker put 340,000 men extra along the Iravian coastlines. And said that 3 more carriers were deployed.
While 1430 millitary aircraft were in Iravian air-space which is delcared a no-fly zone, Iravian waters were now classified as forbidden waters for any non-millitary ship.

In this dark hour of our history, Kingdoms and States represented in the Council of State find themselves to be in the state of war with Gilneas. His Imperial and Royal Majesty, deeply concerned due to the carnage that is going to transpire due to this saddening, definitely unnecessary act of bloodshed, despite His Imperial and Royal will to preserve the peace officially allows the Government of Kingdoms and States represented in the Council of State to send five aircraft carriers battle groups with full aerial and logistical support to help the Government of Irav with their struggle with infamous, bloodthirsty and definitely criminal Government of Gilneas.

The diplomatic relationships between the Dual Monarchy and Gilneas therefore cancelled unther further notice. Captain Caid walked through the streets, having just gotten past security at the airport. Of course he wasn't carry any visible weapons, but the security check had been somewhat frightening nonetheless. The rest of the team had gotten through as well, and Caid was on his way to the safehouse that had been established to pick up the necessary equipment.

General Grif looked out from the airforce command base. The entire area was laden with SAMs and other anti-aircraft and anti-missile defense systems. It became an eyesore after a while. Grif then looked to the airfield, where the special aircraft were being fueled up and readied for takeoff. If everything continued as it was, Gilneas wouldn't stand a chance.

The Firewind ambassador walked into the DS royal palace. "I assume you know this, but Gilneas has declared war again. I must see Emperor Zoxel so we can coordinate our forces together."

Captain Caid's uniform itched. Of course it did. It was, after all, a cheap product, with millions made every year. There had to be a lot, to outfit the hundreds of thousands of Gilnean soldiers who died in all the wars. He had, temporarily, been promoted to Major. His soldiers were outfitted in much the same way, though of course at a lower rank, Soldats mostly, with a few rare Obersoldats. He lifted his weapon. Cheap and easily mass-produced as well, much like the Brawler back home. "Let's go." He said, and the team moved out.
