The frightfully large troops of D-S are attempting to defeat the million-strong Gilnean army along the River St. Paul -- and after that, march through Gilneas and down into Archeuland.

Though earlier today, a brief armistice convinced Deian-Salazar to retreat and avoid GDC-controlled territory, this treaty was subsequently broken, prompting the 12th war to happen in Genevievia during the last forty-five years.

To secure newly-captured territory, Archeulandic troops -- numbering 200,000 in the region -- have taken to work erecting guardposts and watchtowers in the north along the Archeu-Royal border and in the south along the Andrastion Sea. Soldiers are setting up camp and building trenches and traps to make any potential RUP counterattack much harder. Civilians have poured in, some to be volunteers, others to seize business opportunity -- recently ArchSoft CEO Jacob Rogers announced that his company had taken a government contract to build an interstate highway through east and west Archeuland. This highway is being constructed post-haste, and is expected to be completed tentatively in December 2014. Civilian and military vehicles will be able to traverse the otherwise inaccessible Royal Coast wilderness with ease, which will allow military deployments in the future to prevent future attacks.

Many wealthly citizens of RUP had fine beach houses along the coast, which were recently torn down by Archeulandic troops. The many marinas and docks on the beach are still being dismantled to prevent them being used by the enemy. Artillery have been set up along the beach to fire at enemy planes or ships incoming to bring reinforcements or mercenaries. The Royal Coast region is being filled with ethnic Archeulandic citizens. Many have acquired firearms and other weapons, and several more have settled in camps of their own, and have started to build homes. Intentions are to establish several small communities in this newly-captured land to gain a stronger foothold in the region. Chief of Staff Netanyahu has ordered an additional fifty thousand troops -- including conscripts and reserves -- to report to the Royal Coast to defend the new lands of the Theocracy.

Minister of War Borin Cromwell has stated that 'Archeulandic troops shall carefully monitor movement on the other side of the Archeu-Royal border. Should movement be detected, it will be taken seriously, and as a sign of enemy attack. The Guerilla Warfare of the URF is highly damaging to Gilneans Forces, and they strike at small camps, and launch ambush's.

Today, Gilnean troops have moved on our great nation, prompting an entrance into this conflict. The first of the new G1 Striker ground attack fighters have just lifted off and have bombed the Gilnean troops, and while enemy casualties are unknown, they are expected to be high.

Six brigades have been dispatched to support DS troops and bring about an end of Gilneas. One brigade has already begun an invasion of Gilneas-controlled New Cedoria, airdropping into the regional capital and taking all Gilnean troops there by surprise.

The movements of the other brigades are unknown, for the sake of our security, but remaining troops have been mobilized and are headed out to assault the Gilnean troops encroaching on our territory now.

Moments ago, the Gilnean Defense Coalition authorized the use of the two million peacekeeping troops to defend Knasseret and Lake Royal against the impending invasion of Knasseret. About four hundred thousand Archeulandic troops were already stationed in and around Lake Royal and Knasseret. Prince Charles of Knasseret summoned a hundred thousand of the Knasserene police force, armed forces, and border guards to help in the fight. From the north, the Gilnean Kaiser had ordered 500,000 soldiers to help defend Knasseret from the incoming RUP onslaught.

Volunteers were being brought in and given guns (but guns were now in shortage), and word had reached Massouba that an additional million were being sent in from Aravean occupied territory to aid in the fight.

All in all, it would take some time, but Archeuland expected to roster at least four million soldiers. A messenger rode out under the white flag to the RUP general, asking for battle lines to be drawn for honorable fight. "We must be given time to ready our soldiers. Our Emperor Markus insists that this fight be honorable."

Edit: Prussia is sending 750,000 men. This could easily number a good 5 million troops as resistance against RUP.

These troops are taken aback slightly by the surprise attack, but these are among Archeuland's finest troops. About ten thousand men drop to the ground within an hour of fighting, but Archeuland holds out. Captain Reese yells orders and the others relay these commands well -- word of this battle reaches a local Gilnean village of Sinclair -- prompting a thousand or so armed villagers to come down and fight back at Deian Salazar.
