OMG, you guys... I don't cause zombies, and I don't mutate that fast. I'm not the fucking flu.

The flu virus has a segmented structure that makes it easier for different strains to exchange pieces of their genetic code if two strains infect the same host at the same time. This is why it is so common for new strains of flu to appear. I'm not like that. We ebolaviruses are much more genetically stable.

Except that the recent "Ebola" outbreak is actually a modified version of the virus. It is in fact a bio-weapon, not a natural virus.

They had a vaccine in development for it a week before the outbreak. There are so many conflicting reports its not even funny.

Traditionally Ebola symptoms show in 2-3 days but with this new bio-engineered virus, it can take up to 3 weeks for the symptoms to show.
