That's for the gods to argue about! They are given a blank slate of a planet that they have to share. What technology is used, what the mortals look like, and everything else, is up to the gods.

Brief Bio: The concept of balance has existed since time began. What begins must end. What is created must be destroyed. Iana embodies these ideas and more. Instead of fighting for followers like her siblings, Iana plays the endgame at the beginning - she remains neutral, and when one sibling starts to gain a lead over the others, she lashes out, restoring the balance. She is the Gamemaster, the one who keeps the "Game of Life" (heh) going.
