In 1980, Obama Sr. would probably would run for PM and win, thus ending Daniel arap Moi's term in office, and served until 1982 when he died in a car accident in Nairobi. After that, the only ethnic Chinese PM of Kenya will be elected (Deputy PM under Obama's time in office as PM).

FRANCE, ZWC DEMAND THAT RUM EXTRADITE ANTI-ZIONIST JOURNALIST ACCUSED OF HARASSMENT
The French government and Zionist World Congress both formally requested that the Rumite Empire extradite an Italian anti-Zionist journalist who has been charged with harassing French pro-Zionist journalists and their families. Gregory Chelli, known online as Ulcan, has been accused of harassing French journalist Benoit la Corre, who had recently published an article about Chelli's numerous failed attempts to hack the websites of Zionist groups. Chelli, among other things, called la Corre's father while impersonating a French official, telling him that his son had been killed. He then called the police, impersonating la Corre's father, and told them that he had just murdered his wife and son. BALTIC UNION ACCUSES RUSSIA OF VIOLATING MARITIME LAWS OVER THE SEIZURE OF A FISHING VESSEL
The Baltic Union formally accused the United Russian Republic of breaking maritime law by seizing the Juros Vilkas, a Baltic fishing vessel with a crew of thirty men. The Baltic Union says that armed Russian troops seized the vessel and took its crew captive in international waters for no good reason. Russia accuses the Juros Vilkas of illegally fishing for crabs in Russian waters within the the Gulf of Finland. The boat and its crew are currently being held in Murmansk, awaiting a court ruling on whether or not the vessel should be released.

The stock markets of the Japanese Empire were shaken after a mistype made by a stockbroker caused ¥617 billion worth of stock orders to be made and then cancelled. The anonymous broker made the offer to buy stock in several companies, before swiftly canceling it on Wednesday. The shakeup hit Japanese blue-chip companies like Toyota, Honda, and Nomura; the Nikkei stock index fell by .6% as a result. The biggest single order was for 1.96 billion shares in Toyota Motors for nearly ¥12.6 billion. Japan's Securities Dealers Administration today told the press that the error had been corrected.
SIERRA LEONE "TO PROSECUTE CS EBOLA MAN" FOR LYING UNDER OATH
The government of Sierra Leone told the press that it would prosecute Thomas Eric Duncan- the Sierra Leonian national currently in Dallas, Texas, with ebola- for lying under oath about whether or not he had come into contact with anyone infected with ebola. Duncan told airport staff that he had not when he had in fact helped a sick relative get to the hospital. Presently, Duncan is at the Dallas Presbyterian Hospital in isolation, where doctors say he is in a critically serious condition. He is the first ebola case to be diagnosed on CS soil. The governments of Dallas, Texas, and the CSA have all expressed confidence in the healthcare infrastructure of the region, and the disease is not expected to spread further. Nearly 3,300 people have died of ebola in the present outbreak, which has ravaged much of West Africa.
ARABIA PLAYS DOWN HAJJ CONCERNS ABOUT EBOLA, MERS
As millions of Muslims travel to the Islamic holy city of Mecca for Hajj, the government of Arabia has played down fears that the ritual might serve as a way for the ebola virus and Middle East Respiratory Syndrome virus to spread across the world. Arabian government officials said they had denied all visas for those coming from the hardest-hit countries in West Africa, and ordered all visitors to fill out medical screening cards and detail travels over the past month. They have also emphasized that the number of people being infected with MERS is going down, as well as Mecca's medical infrastructure.

Online journalist to be extradited to France
Gregory Chelli, currently wanted in France for the harassment of pro-Zionist journalists and others, has been formally detained in his home in Ashdod. Despite the government's firm anti-Zionist stance as forwarded by the late Ferdinand Eichemann and the Jewish Congress of Rum, Saddam Hussein has formally agreed to the request to send the hacker to face justice in France. When questioned in the Grand Assembly, Vizier Hussein said that, "While we do not tolerate the Zionist cause, it being a threat to our nation, we will not permit someone to commit acts of vandalism and malicious behavior in the name of anti-Zionism."

Ebola fears during Hajj -- "not a concern" says Arabia
Concerns that the Hajj season this year will be a natural vector for the Ebola virus which is ravaging West Africa have been dismissed by the City of Mecca government, who is in charge of organizing the annual pilgrimage. Hajj numbers have, according to 2013 records, recovered from the 1964 bombing perpetrated by terrorists. Millions of Muslims come to Mecca annually to participate in Hajj, and the Arabian government stressed that, "Men and women on Hajj from these countries with infections have been turned away, even from the Confederate States of America, which is experiencing it's first cases..."

The Mayor of Mecca, Aziz ibn Hashim assured the press that "Hajj will be a healthy time of prayer, we doubt Ebola will find it's way to Mecca."

TOKYO -- Rumors have swirled that the Prime Minister, Kim Jong-un, has been suffering from deterioration of health in recent weeks. Photographs and videos on NHK show the Prime Minister limping through publicity tours and the Imperial Senate. The spokesperson for the Prime Minister has declined to comment, but experts are pointing out that the most probable cause of the Prime Minister's ill health effects are genetic traits passed down from his ancestors -- his grandfather, former Prime Minister Kim Il-sung, was diagnosed with a tumor in the late 1980's, which grew to large sizes before his death in 1994 -- his father, Kim Jong-il, has remained rather healthy for his age, but suffers from chronic gout, which is what experts say that Jong-un is suffering from.

Hayim ben Tziyon(Hebrew: חיים בן ציון), born Chaimas Galvanauskas, was a Lithuanian Ashkenazi Jew who rose to prominence as an author, and became the founder and leader of the modern Zionist movement.

Ben Tziyon was born to Isakas and Elžbieta Galvanauskas, owners of a company that handled importing goods into and exporting goods out of the Russian Empire, particularly trade with the Americas. He would later describe his early upbringing as "extraordinarily comfortable," and said that his parent's wealth allowed him to extensively pursue his education and his personal curiosity. While studying business at Vilnius University, he became a firm Zionist, and founded a club known as the Sons of Zion for himself and other Zionists students; after enrolling in Moscow's Lomonosov University, he founded another branch of the club there.

After his return from Moscow, ben Tziyon took over his father's Galvanauskas Trading Company, serving as it's owner and chief executive for nearly three decades. He married Elžbieta Mironovas, the daughter of another prominent Vilnius Jew, in 1867; they would remain married until her death in 1885. Ben Tziyon accumulated a large fortune as owner of Galvanauskas Trading, and frequently boarded company vessels to travel across the world and encourage Zionist thought among Jews in foreign countries.

In 1892, ben Tziyon wrote the Hope, a story following a fictional Mayiquhan Jew and his attempts to end the Jewish Diaspora and create a state of Israel. The book was a massive success among the overwhelming majority of the world's Jews, and rekindled the Zionist cause. Following its release, he sold Galvanauskas Shipping. Using his accumulated fortune, ben Tziyon founded the Zionist World Congress, which he created to advocate for the creation of Israel, promote Jewish cultural education, and provide aid to Jews globally. In May 1892, he was elected its first president as an independent. He decided not to seek reelection in 1897, and was replaced by Binyamin Herzl.

While in office, ben Tziyon wrote the Zionist Papers as an attempt to standardize Zionism as a category of political thought, and to clear up misconceptions about the ideology. He said that Zionism was open to Jews from all ends of the political spectrum so long as they supported the creation of a State of Israel for the Jewish people, and outlined the borders of the proposed state; he also emphasized that Zionism was open to ethnic Jews as much as it was to religious Jews. He declared that Zionism was a movement to right the wrongs done to Jews throughout the centuries, declaring it "a just and noble cause, based firmly in righteousness". He also said that it was an ideology of peace, viciously attacking those who would use force to achieve Zionist goals as "traitors to Israel". He also stated that it was imperative that Jews globally be free to be Jews, and proud that they were Jewish; he advocated Hebrew into a global language for Jews, and promoted cultural education on Jewish history throughout the world.

Curiously, ben Tziyon had a close relationship with Emmanuel Carasso, the Rumite anti-Zionist author, even though they had opposing viewpoints and opposing backgrounds. Carasso had grown up in a poorer family, had abusive parents, and did not experience financial success until his writing career took off. By contrast, ben Tziyon had been raised by wealthy parents who actively encouraged him, and accumulated significant wealth while owning Galvanauskas Shipping(though much of it was used to create and fund the ZWC and Z'roa HaHaganah). In spite of this, the two became close friends after a meeting in Ithaca; when Carasso adopted a pseudonym and fled to Ethiopia, and the press accused ben Tziyon of murdering him, he broke down in tears on the Knesset floor and accused the press of attempting to destroy him in the name of profit.

Ben Tziyon died while visiting the Jewish Autonomous Oblast in 1919. He left a massive legacy: he had rekindled and resounded Zionism, turning it into a global Jewish movement. Within his lifetime, his program to revitalize Hebrew successfully turned it into a global Jewish language that is spoken among a great majority of Jews today. He founded the Zionist World Congress, which does massive work for Jews across the world today, and remains the main representative of Zionists, serving almost as a State of Israel in exile. He also left his paradoxical relationship with Carasso, which ZWC President David ben Guiron called "a sign that people are capable of overcoming even the most extreme differences to become friends."
