Which ones? The URCA and Venezuela are already independent, as are Brazil, Guyane, and Tawantisuyu. And I'm not sure how being forced out of the Confederate sphere would effect al-Mayiquh, Tehuantepec, and the Rio Grande.

Don't worry, Portugal will soon get involved. When they do, a majority of Muslims will convert to Sunni Islam (mainly out of a desire to please Rum, and an intent to separate their Moroccans from their Islam so Portugal could control them: we'll see it happen again come 1964). They also do not believe that such cities as Mecca and Medina are that important to becoming holy with Allah. In other words, pilgrimage is not part of their beliefs. Instead, something called the "Great Journey" where one time in their lifetime all andalites make a journey to a secluded space they know of and try to establish a direct connection to Allah within a months time of this journey. Ill have a more in depth look at the sect as it develops.

One of the five major tenets of Islam is hajj -- To say that hajj is not necessary is to directly contradict the Prophet Muhammad, meaning that to most Islamic imams, you're not true Muslims, you're corrupting the Dar al-Islam with your falsehood. Except I'm talking about the core tenets of Islam in general that is universally accepted by all Islamic sects. To have Hajj completely omitted from your faith is a violation of one of the five core tenets of Islam, which would be seen as a heresy by most Islamic imams.
