Name: Le Grand Royaume de Belgique. (The Grand Kingdom of Belgium.)
Symbols:(Image)(Image)
Claims: Belgium.
Power: Secondary Power currently.
Government Structure: Constitutional Monarchy. Each nobleman (maximum number allowed is 80.) in Belgium (not including the king) is in a council called the "Grote Raad.", or High Council. Each member of the council votes on a decision if the monarch is confused, unable to make a decision, or unable to make a decision due to medical reasons or if a monarch isn't coronated yet. If at least more than half the council votes one way, the voting is over. Of course, the monarch can however, overrule the decision at any time for any reason.
Ideology/Policy: Merchantilism.
Leaders: Leopold I, Grand Ruler of Belgium, Protector of Brussels, and Protector of the Belgan peoples.
Capital City: Brussels.
Population: 4,154,100.
Primary Ethnic Group: Dutch, French.
Minority Ethnic Groups: German.
Description of Ethnicity: The nation is technically Dutch.
Language: French.
Religion: Catholic Christianity.
Foreign Relations: Generally neutral or friendly, but despises France and the Netherlands.
Military Information: Mostly based off the Netherlands military, but general strategy is to use mass cavalry groups to break lines in the center of a group of enemy troops, and moving infantry to plug the gaps.
Army Size: 132,190.
Navy Size: 5 Frigates, 3 Galleons. The nation is 5 years old, so there isn't much of a navy yet.
Economic Policy: The policy is to direct as much trade as possible to England using various tactics.
Economic Situation: The nation doesn't have the best economy, but it is a rather industrialized nation. However, sea trade is a large part of the economy.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is generally like that of Europe. However, the roads are cobbled unless the road goes through the most desolate areas.
Imports & Exports:
Imports: Silk, Spices, and various amounts of gold from Asia.
Exports: Grain, Wood, and (EDIT: Why did I put stone here? Why?) Fish..
Currency: Gini.
History: IRL history leading up to now, however, Belgium was freed about two months earlier than it was IRL, and rather than a constitutional monarchy, Leopold chose to let the nobles have a council to talk about issues.
Miscellaneous: We're going to basically push a claim on the Netherlands whenever possible, and if any small countries ripe for conquest (e.x. A small kingdom with a weak military with some small allies or none at all.) are available, we will conquer them. Ideally, we'd like to colonize much of the Pacific. IRL Belgium was only recognized in 1839, but in this history it was recognized a year after independence.
RP Example: Upcoming World.

Name: Oda Empire(Japan to most)
Symbols: Symbol

Claims: 64
Power: Regional Power
Government Structure: A centralized meritocratic bureaucracy handles most of the internal daily dealings of the Empire. Power is invested in the Imperial Palace and the rights of the nobility is devolved from the Imperial Authority. The political, economic, and social authority of the Shogun has been subsumed by the powers of the Emperor in the past few decades. At the same time, the Imperial Household and Shogun's Clan are nearly indistinguishable so this is more of a redistribution power within the same family, not a shift of power from one clan to another. There is Diet, which has only advisory powers and is composed of representatives from each Prefecture. Voting citizens are Christian, Male over the age of 17, and own land, a business, or have sufficient income. Prefectures retain nominal clan nobility but also have local Diets that have more power than the nobles. This balance allows the Emperor to have near absolute central power while keeping the nobles in check and the citizens pleased.
Ideology/Policy: The Imperial Palace has a clear goal in mind, the creation of a powerful Japanese State. The path to that goal is less clear. Currently, the Oda Imperial Palace is following two policies. One, advance Japanese power and influence in Asia while curtailing Chinese power and allying with the British. The second is advancing and modernizing the economy and society. Both have been the policy of the Oda Clan for the past decade.
Leaders: Shogun Oda Shinji, Emperor (Oda)(Yamato) Ninko
Capital City: Nagoya
Population: 35,030,502 in Japan + 3,000,000 in colonies
Primary Ethnic Group: Yamato
Minority Ethnic Groups: Ainu, Ryukkan, Aborigine, Bicolese
Description of Ethnicity: The Yamato are the dominant ethnicity of the Empire. They are mostly Japanese Catholic, and dominate the non-agrarian trades and the political system. The Yamato are the same as IRL save for religion
Language: Japanese
Religion: Japanese Catholicism, Shinto
Foreign Relations: Oda has full relations and an alliance with Britain, including embassies and a British Quarter in Nagasaki. Oda maintains relations with Song, Joseon, Nusantara, Iberia, and most of the Asian States.
Military Information: The Shogun is the commander of the Army of the Oda, though the Shogun is effectively appointed by the Emperor. The Emperor has direct control over the Palace Guard and the Navy. The navy is the pride and focus of the Empire, but the Army is by no means poor.
Army Size: 300,000 Soldiers are in the Army, 50,000 in the Expeditionary Forces, and 30,000 in the Colonial Milita
Navy Size: 110,000 sailors. I haven't worked out the number of ships but it is a relatively large and well equipped navy
Economic Policy: The Oda encourage manufacturing and desire foreign investment as well as domestic industry. There is a push to establish more colonies to fuel a larger economy to fuel a stronger empire to establish more colonies to fuel.......
Economic Situation: Booming. Trade with the British has brought industry and manufacture to the island starting in the 1790s. The Bicol Colonies have supplied an enormous surplus of food and minerals to the islands, causing a boom as people switched over to manufacturing. The Minami risōsu shūhen(PNG) supplies huge amounts of minerals. The economy, by workforce participation, is still mostly agricultural, but the colonies have spurred a manufacturing boom. Trade has flourished, and commerce has been supported by the Pacific Islands owned by Oda.
Infrastructure: Imperial Roads connect most major cities, canals cut across the land and ferries connect most islands. Government funded programs build new roads and bridges and dams in an effort to boost production and stave off unemployment.
Imports & Exports: Manufactured Goods, Resources|Pottery, Artisan Goods, Coffee, gold
Currency: Yen
History:
POD-Akechi Betrayal

1582-1612: Oda Unificaiton War. Ends with the death of the elderly Oda Nobunaga

And was my app accepted? I remember someone saying that the "modern" guns are okay because I paid for them and they won't be modern relatively soon due to technology.

Venice! then I can do something, with Epirus there is not much I could do. Would you even need help with that? Also, if Crete is conquered, could Heraklion be made a free port to Egyptian shipping?
On a different note, what would Egypt gain from conquering Ethiopia, apart from a sub-plot ?
Unlikely. Capturing Crete from Venice is the kinda goal that makes good propaganda and shit. That being said, don't we already have a FTA?
More landz.
