10/10. I love the flame-like tricolor bands at the bottom and top of the flag, the ring of stars filling in the gaps between the big 7-point star in the middle is quite creative, and the colors in general fit very very well together.

It also earns points for being immediately recognizable. It's a unique design for a flag, I instantly know who I'm looking at upon seeing it.

The colours and stars naturally lead me to think of Brazil - deliberate choice or freakish happenstance? The design as a whole is pleasingly bold and I could easily imagine it billowing at the top of a pole. I like the use of four-point stars, rather than the fairly common choice of five-point - they feel a bit more sophisticated. Is that a particular real constellation? Even if its a fictional one, I'd imagine that it holds some significance to your people. Overall, I like it - perhaps the shades of green and blue are a little too close to each other and some greater contrast could be introduced there. 9/10

It's a timeless and very unique design, the colors also work pretty well! <3 The octopus / Cthulhu may be a little difficult to draw for kids in school, but other than that, everything about it is pretty good and I personally have no complaints.

- Love the colour palette you use. Blue and yellow is simple but nice looking.
- Flag elements reminded me of Macedonian Empire and European Union at the same time, which I like it
- Love how the middle yellow line is not just straight, but have detail at the centre
- Felt the stars are not that perfectly circle aligned, perhaps need a tool to adjust them

I like it! You have a simple color palate, and the design gives a good, straightforward symbolic presentation of what your nation's all about. My only criticism is the placement of the stars relative to the Cross - it looks a little bit cluttered.

I like the design. It's fairly complex, but I'm fine with that. Recognizable, but I feel like the seal in the middle could've taken up more of the circle and looked better. Still, solid 7/10 imo.

Pleasing colours and layout. The central charge is rather complex, but then there are real-world flags like that. The only real fault is the star and moon being far too close to the edges of their respective divisions - you should make them smaller and more centred so they have some surrounding clearance. 7/10

Didn't see an IC flag, so assuming the one in your profile is IC.

Points for standing out; the color scheme is definitely garish and children could probably draw the character from memory, but definitely not the whole flag. Even discounting the character, the US style flag definitely clashes, and I'm having trouble determining if the icons replacing the stars are meant to be toothy grins or shells.

3/10, but it made me smile!
