You're missing the point. Authors should draft their proposals here for two reasons. Firstly to help improve the quality of the document and secondly to gauge the level of support or opposition they will face.

Pretty much every post made here has been against your proposal. Take the hint. You will not receive any help with it.

But it's not the content that's the problem. It's the subject itself. People do not want to repeal this resolution.

There are two possible reasons that a proposal would get shot down right out of the gates: 1) The proposal is absolute shit, 2) the premise of the proposal is not agreed with. Your proposal falls under the second category. It doesn't matter how well written it is, I will never vote for a repeal of this resolution.

Kennyites to start taking bids to blow up the Security Council

DEATH STAR BRIDGE --- Supporters of the condemnation against Omigodtheykilledkenny may soon have the chance to send the Security Council the way of Alderaan with a single push of a button, if opponents continue in their quest to either repeal the condemnation or commend the nation for "outstanding contributions" to the international community.

Kennyite diplomats have been making militaristic threats against the SC and the General Assembly alike since taking over the Ultimate Power in the Universe™ in 2014, but now the National Security Council and the mission to the World Assembly are announcing a one-time-only auction for supporters to feel the power of the infamous space station for themselves by activating the laser cannon to blow up the prismatic Security Council Headquarters.

"We feel that giving some of our friends access to the Death Star would be only slightly less dangerous than letting Susa do the honors himself, which he nearly did twice last year," said National Security Adviser Capt. Jenny Chiang, attempting to justify her nation's enabling such a dramatic security risk. "Bids will start in the million-dollar range -- unless participants can promise something of equal or greater value."

"Winning the scorn of such a fantastically inept and absurd institution as the SC is a source of immense pride for Kennyites," explained Undersecretary of State Lenny Beteta, as he lovingly polished the nation's prized Badge of Honor™ in Paradise City. "We would hate for anyone to take it away, and as observers of the WA have already witnessed, we're willing to do practically anything to prevent that from happening."

And now an ally of the Kennyites may have the rare opportunity to "do practically anything" themselves -- if the price is right.

"Them friggin' marys in dat dar' Goldern Security Council won't know what hit 'em!" declared Palentine businessman and former 'Burgh linebacker Franco "Rocky" Sulla. "Dat trip to the Kennys' Death Star is gonna be mine!"

"The Yeldan Committee for State Security is very interested in putting in a bid to blow up the Security Council," confirmed Committee Chairman Felix Dzerzhinsky, as he directed a squadron of Destructor Bunnies to track down and "take care of" the Lanthanide ambassador. "ALLAHU AKBAR!!!!" screamed Ambassador Susa Batko-Yovino, as he charged into the drafting chamber of the Security Council, sporting his finest suicide vest.

Although the official position of the Kennyite government is to support a repeal, many government leaders are still staunchly opposed to any continued association with the SC or anyone involved with it. The last time Kennyite diplomats were forced to grudgingly support a repeal at SCHQ, the ensuing epidemic of "SC cooties" plagued the Diplomatic Service for months, confounding any efforts by the Omigodtheykilledkenny government to bring peace and goodwill to foreign countries.

"So basically, nothing changed," noted a very sarcastic "First Lady" Avaya Thibaudet.

"SC cooties! Pass 'em on!" declared Vice President Jack Riley, as he brushed Thibaudet's shoulder.

In related news, Sea Cap'n McKillister of the Kennyite Dolphin Protection Enforcement Squad (DoPES) admitted that his crew was responsible for a tragic accident over international waters wherein a large pod of the rare Lanthanide dolphin (delphinus lanthanidis) was unwittingly electrocuted, meaning the cetacean subspecies may now be extinct.

"We don't understand it! We were aiming for a Japanese fishing vessel 100 yards away!" explained a baffled McKillister. The errant torpedo, however, struck a nearby aquatic sensor, sending an electric current through the shallow sea waters, and exterminating the dolphin pod. McKillister confirmed the accident occurred about 100 miles off the Lanthanide coast, over international waters.

"DoPES" is the former Kennyite agency responsible for enforcing the now-defunct UN Protection of Dolphins Act. The small fleet was adopted by a nonprofit environmental group shortly after PoDA's repeal, to carry on its selfless efforts to shield the noble aquatic mammals from harm.

Terravoss and I are not the same player. I must say Terravoss is a much better resolution writer than I am, and I have requested his services on writing this Commendation. (He didn't respond. You win again.) But not all hope is lost for our heroes, as I have written a Commendation resolution:

REALIZING that Omigodtheykilledkenny has employed the Creative Solutions Agency to pursue loopholes to General Assembly (GA) resolutions,

Kenny, I don't mean to spite you. When all this started, I truly felt that your nation didn't deserve to be condemned. Then when I figured out you wanted that condemnation, I determined that although you were condemnable, condemnation seemed like a reward. Now that popular opinion has turned against me on that front, I'm hoping that a compromise (a Commendation of you for your contributions to the NS community) will bode well with everyone.

I wrote my own commendation one time. I'd pull an Auralia and submit it via multi if it meant killing any chance at ever being commended legitimately.
