c) having a medical condition that obstructs you from being in state to live normally.
d) The medical condition is not caused by your own fault (this does only apply for the age of 18 and older when gaining the medical condition you're applying this health care for)


2. Subsidized Healthcare( 50% paid by the government)

Prerequisements:

a) be genetically 50% Herargonese for at least 2 generations (thus having at least 3 Herargonese grandparents)
b) having a medical condition that obstructs you from being in state to live normally - and that is not caused by your own fault (except if you're a military member by which the problem began during serving for the military in wartime).
c) OPTIONAL: If you're doing any dangerous job as classified in the law, you get this healthcare during that time - it does not matter if A applies to you; as long as you apply for B and C, you get this healthcare, except if you apply for every prerequirement on 1 - then you may get Goverrnment Healthcare.

3. Privatized Healthcare (0% paid by the government)

Prerequisements:
a) Not having a chronic disease that obstructs you from being in state to live normally, or having a medical problem that is caused by your own fault
b) Not being a military member / being a military member by which the problem began during serving for the military in peace time/during not serving for the military

Healthcare is very good in the Gig em Aggies. If you have the money.
Their are several plans all based on a color coded system established years ago.


Platinum: offers full health insurance coverage for all medical procedures and care allowed by the council. It also provides a substitute of pay to help cover your family while your not working. The holders of platinum have a card in their wallet or purse or on the person. If a person is found holding a platinum card or is found to have platinum coverage they are card for first and the best. Platinum holders pay a monthly rate of $18,000 Reveille's with this price only the wealthy citizens can afford it. The council of judges and other chosen members have a better version of Platinum but they still can use the "regular" version if they choose.

Gold: is the second best it's also for wealthy people but who don't have enough money for platinum status. Cost is $ 9,000 Reveille's a month and has the same care packages as platinum but have some restrictions.

Silver: is the standard for most citizens in Gig em Aggies it has all features of the pervious to packages but has several more restrictions then the gold holders. It cost around $4,500 a month but the government has payment plans to help the cost for the silver holders.

Bronze: is the standard for most citizens who are considered poor it only allows health care to approved medical facilities and covers basic procedures and a bronze holder will have to wait for care if holders of higher cards are in line or are also waiting for care. The cost of a bronze plan is $2,250 Reveille's a month and the government has a simple payment plan in place to cover only 25% of the cost the rest must be paid by the card holder.

Copper: is the standard for all citizens who are classed as poverty or below it is the lowest of all plans and has the most restrictions. You can only go to certain facilities and it covers only some basic procedures such as check ups and simple surgeries. Most who hold a copper card wait days months and in a few cases even years for simple procedures. It cost $1,125 Reveille's a month the government has a plan in place to help supplement some cost.

Their is a clause in place that allows the government to send a "Repo man" or Repo squad to a card holders work or home to reposes any healthcare related product if the cardholders are delinquent in their monthly payments. Most repossessions happen to Bronze and copper holders but their have been a few cases that happened to silver and gold holders. The repo's or more aptly named reapers will and can take organs or implants such as artificial joints if required. If no such repo is exists then the reaper(s) will scan and revoke the card holders card denying them access to the healthcare system and barring them from setting foot on any health facility run by the government or by a private entity that services the public. In many cases the bronze and copper holders turn to illegal and off world health care facilities to service them but most who do this do not live to make a recovery.
