Fun Factoid:
In the Danarian Space Forces, it is (of course) a court-marshal-able offense to be intoxicated on duty, however, it is perfectly acceptable to drink when off duty, but still on ship. Since Danarian 'replicators' do not replicate alcohol, it is very common to find stills on Danarian warships, most of which are producing high-proof spirits - 160 proof and up.

Ok, so here is my idea pitch.

The ret-con RP will be in Colonial Trade-Hub Sinovet, way back in WWi -ish times. There will be some war of some magnitude, which will result in the breakup of Sinovet into numerous splinter nations, including but not limited to the Marium Protectorate and the Republic of Kypra.

Then, the Directorate springs up in Marium, under the tutelage of Director Emberspade, who makes a career of being subversive and conniving in order to expand the UED into the rest of Sinovet, annexing other provinces, combating Oligarchs in legal wars, making alliances and holding small wars with other groups.

The end result: Emberspade hands leadership over to her daughter Cinderspade, Sinovet united under the UED. Now, Cinderspade's ambition is to consolidate the UED as the permanent regime and to begin (re)establishing foreign ties.

I'd feel indifferent, as I do with the billions of other human supremacist organizations throughout the history of NationStates which have attempted to rise to prominence.

Even the most promising such organizations (that would have made for a rather wonderful diplomatic adversary) have always eventually been flooded with out-of-character nonsense from both ends of the spectrum. Yes I agree, however I have been a member of one anti pony group and closely observed a second, I think I have a reasonably decent idea who to allow in and who too tell to get lost.

It's been a problem ever since the CoPS was born. No one ever wanted to just RP pony hatred, they had to channel their beliefs that we were all immature little girls into the mix, so we've never had a decent anti-CoPS group aginst us.
