[CALCULATOR] NS Weather

One of the images on the previous page has a moon instead of a sun - how does this work? Certainly I haven't seen a way to input time zone.

Secondly, add a changelog! If only because I enjoy reading them...

The moon is added because of our uber-scientific formulas that find out the timezone of your nation by scanning the NS threads and determining approximate timezones of each nation and then going one by one to figure out if the sun would be out or not, exact sunset and sunrise times are determined by some unibotian formulas that are classified. (in reality, one of the combinations of precipitation and clouds only had a moon and no sun, so that's the lackluster reason why in some images there is a moon

)

I've been keeping track of my weather day-by-day so far and was wondering when the images actually update. Is it a specific hour or is it based off of creation hour? I'm hoping I can keep up with it for a full year, so knowing the hour would help plan for it a bit more.

Its actually pacific time. So in EST, it updates at 3:00am EST every day.
