The reason i put those individuals there was due to the fact that they were just some examples of individuals which have figured out largely what they wanted with their nation-state and its society in general. Such was the in-depth knowledge and ideas of their nation, that they have established a solid IC precedence and sure knowledge of it. Sure, there is never a stop. But these individuals; especially Knot and Lyras, of which i knew without a doubt, knows what their society is and how it functions.

Then again, we will have to go back to the simple, initial first question. When you decided to interjected me here... what did you look upon towards the OP...? By best, did you thought of: Best = Goodie democracy and all-perfect society.

However, we have seen, that, there is no way to judge things as "most this that, best this that, etc.", especially, simplified to such a generalised pattern alongside the characteristic of "Best NS nation?"

It wouldn't do justice to many of the other awesome nations out there, which have marked themselves historically, but are currently inactive (of which there are a lot).
