Stupid left calf. I think I'm doing something wrong. Could be my jogging gait is all wrong and that's what's causing the calf strain. First thing I'm going to do is invest in some new running shoes, as these ones are next to useless, now. Then I'm going to book that physio appointment and get someone to look at it.
