Point of Order, Mr. (acting) President of the Senate.
As the Domestic Category was split into three sections can a change in category take place before we have fully disposed with this category? Furthermore is the present number of necessary seconds five, seven, or ten (can't find document) and what individuals are empowered with approval (e.g. PoA, VPoA, PpTotS, PMoA, DPMoA?).

I am not the president, but it is ten. As for the other concern, I don't know.

The FAREA says it's seven + presidential approval.

If that is the case then we are now debating the miscellaneous category. I'm not trying to be president or anything, but I don't see him anywhere...

No we are not. I no longer have the whole presidential approval thing because of SIMBEDS. You need 10 seconds for us to start debating another category.

Oh and if I am wrong, I am not giving presidential approval to this one.

You can't declare that unilaterally. You have to wait for a presiding officer.

Umm...

So, that would still be 7+President.

Sorry, I thought when SIMBEDS started that system changed, but that was queue jumping wasn't it?

Well basically, this one doesn't have my presidential approval because I do not appreciate plagiarism. Also, the archives will probably be updated soon due to the new admin team (Maklohi said it was a top priority, although I understand it'll take some time) so most of the bill is no longer relevant.

We are still debating Section C of the Domestic Development category.

If the president can just deny any motion that will ever exist, then I feel like it's nothing more than a dictatorship.

I'd still like for it to be addressed if, should Britanno decide to magically have his non approval sprout wings and fly away, we would need to finish disposing of Domestic C before we started on Miscellaneous A and B.

And I'm withdrawing my approval of all motions that reach seven seconds because it was only used with the old queue when there were plenty of omnibus motions. There are now none.

Actually after Domestic C, we will go to Senate Procedures. If that is still empty when it comes to that, we'll go to Health.

Yes. I was speaking in the hypothetical, if, should you approve the change, would we need to finish with Domestic C before moving to Senate Procedures or not? Also, if, hypothetically, we were still on Section B then would we also need to have finished with Section C before moving on.

Also, I believe you only gave approval to omnibus motions not queuejumping motions so that would still require your personal consent to be given.
