As the Domestic Category was split into three sections can a change in category take place before we have fully disposed with this category? Furthermore is the present number of necessary seconds five, seven, or ten (can't find document) and what individuals are empowered with approval (e.g. PoA, VPoA, PpTotS, PMoA, DPMoA?).

I am not the president, but it is ten. As for the other concern, I don't know.

You can't declare that unilaterally. You have to wait for a presiding officer.

Well basically, this one doesn't have my presidential approval because I do not appreciate plagiarism. Also, the archives will probably be updated soon due to the new admin team (Maklohi said it was a top priority, although I understand it'll take some time) so most of the bill is no longer relevant.

Yes. I was speaking in the hypothetical, if, should you approve the change, would we need to finish with Domestic C before moving to Senate Procedures or not? Also, if, hypothetically, we were still on Section B then would we also need to have finished with Section C before moving on.

Also, I believe you only gave approval to omnibus motions not queuejumping motions so that would still require your personal consent to be given.
