I was not aware of this. When my brother broke some of his fingers, they swelled up, so I thought that's what they would do.

At this point, we've pretty much proven that not only can evolution happen, it pretty much must happen since it's basically impossible to prevent it from happening.

Or fascinating for all the wrong reasons. Proper testing should provide some clarity, but a proper diagnosis takes time.

I already talked to a psychologist. After two sessions he suggested I "try to use less time" for what seems unnecessarily obsessive behavior (like taking a long time in the shower) Kind of felt like he didn't believe me or didn't take me serious... he kept talking about his family and how he never would have time for these things and how these thoughts would never occur to him... I'm sure he still had good intentions and stuff, but he wasn't exactly helpful.

That doesn't even come close to a diagnosis, at the very least there are extensive questionnaires involved. But you have to start somewhere, even though not every psychologist is as dedicated as he or she could be.

If it was an urban myth, I wouldn't have learnt it in GCSE Physics. Because of it's potassium content, it does contain some amount of radiation. Eating 16 average bananas would have enough radiation to kill you.

That exists, and the people are serious about it, apparently.

Same reason there are so many pony mods for Civilization V: because of fans?
