Proof the model is just whiny, self-entitled yahoo who doesn't understand what it means to sign a "model release form", and Burger King and the image provider are all well within any laws or moral rules.
I guess I might let her give back any money she made from the modeling gig in exchange for no-longer using her images if I was in charge, but the world doesn't work that way. The foo' signed the model release form, she's just being petulant at this point.

Because a lawsuit would go nowhere, but a dramatic accusation of "digital rape" will get a lot of attention and could actually produce results of some kind. Extra publicity, getting paid to shut up, or just people telling her that she's great and Burger King is evil.

That's idiotic, there's no such thing as digital rape and it would never stand up in a court of law anywhere. So what's the point?

Sometimes hoping to go viral on the internet is more effective than a court of law in getting civil remedy.
I don't know what she wants, but whatever it is, her chance of getting it by raising a ruckus on the internet is a lot higher than with a civil lawsuit, not to mention a lot less expensive. This cost her almost nothing except some time, and she probably has plenty of that on her hands.

I hope she's jailed.
