Proof the model is just whiny, self-entitled yahoo who doesn't understand what it means to sign a "model release form", and Burger King and the image provider are all well within any laws or moral rules.

I guess I might let her give back any money she made from the modeling gig in exchange for no-longer using her images if I was in charge, but the world doesn't work that way. The foo' signed the model release form, she's just being petulant at this point.

The woman, if she is telling the truth that this happened without her explicit permission, has a right to a civil suit, it's not rape by any definition of the word, but it is copyright infringement, which is a serious IP crime.
