I don't know about Robert Kraft and him getting money from the settlements.

Putin "was clearly taken with its uniqueness ... at that point, I decided to give him the ring as a symbol of the respect and admiration that I have for the Russian people and the leadership of President Putin."

Kraft pretty much abandoned ownership of the ring by stating he gave it to Putin.

It is not relevant to this topic though, nothing about this is about Israeli settlements, and how Kraft acquired his money, it is about his ring being stolen by Putin, and him admitting it so many years after the supposed incident.
