Are we talking about ourselves? If so, legs, arms, pubic, not sure I care, but usually unshaven. As for my head hair, I try to grow it out, though it's fine to get it cut. For facial hair, I usually grow that out too unless I it's a special occasion or my father thinks I look like a "homeless druggee."

I go for a bit of a trim in my downstairs as cry as you might it at least shows I have a passing interest in what goes on down there. Shaving of the face should be enforced by law imo with rigorous standards -whilst head hair is kept short but leaving a bit on top for something funky (yes it sucks how you can't do much with hair as a guy)

I really don't care much for how partners groom themselves as long as they aren't outright being a dirty vagabond

I keep my calves shaved (my thigh hair is practically nonexistant) and my armpits. My pubes are just trimmed because I'm a little nervous about having a razor around there.
I'm growing out my head hair. I also dye it various colours. Right now, it's blue-black, but it's been orange, bright red, dark red, purple, and plain ol' black. I've been dying it for so long, I forget my natural hair colour. I think it was dirty blonde. I also cut it myself.

For myself, I'ma bear. Attempting to keep anything shaved is pretty futile. I shave my beard because if I don't I get yelled at by my wife and I'd rather keep peace in my household (Not to mention be allowed to actually kiss said wife). The hair on my head gets cut when it starts curling up, mainly because I'm supposed to present somewhat of a professional appearance, and because I have wavy hair when it gets too long so if I let it go (Which I did for a bit in college), I end up with an 80's mullet.

As for women... I perfer long hair and at least shaved armpits. Legs and arms are nice, but not needed and anything else is bonus. In reality, it's her hair and no matter what my mother-in-law claims, I'm not going to lock my wife out of the house if I don't like it.

I prefer women to have no leg or armpit hair, and very little pubic hair. A little welcome mat is nice.

Today, while shaving, I started thinking and felt like posing this question to you, NSG.

Body hair, especially legs and pubic area is liked a certain way, varied according to the individual, and perhaps even the culture. Some people prefer 'natural' looks while others go for fully shaved or trimming.

So, NSG, how do you like your leg, head and pubic hair? Hairy, trimmed, shaved, long and flowing, how?

Mine: Long hair, full beard (I hate the shaving), and natural below (I hate shaving)

Women: long hair generally, elsewhere variety is the spice of life.

It depends on my mood. I once went 2 years without shaving anything. Didn't bother my husband, didn't bother me.

Right now I shave my legs and wax my underarms. I will never shave my underarms again as long as I can afford to have them waxed.

Other than that, it depends on my moods/motivations.

I shave my armpits always, my legs if anyone is likely to see them (exceptions will occasionally be made when I'm tired and the only person seeing them is my partner), and the rest of me never. I find the absence of pubic hair on adults more creepy than attractive, so I stick with trimming. As for the hair on my head...well, given that it's roughly 60% as long as I am, you can probably guess how I feel about cutting it.

For what I like on a partner, my honest answer is "whatever he likes" when it comes to body hair, as I think both smooth guys and fuzzy guys can be totally sexy. When it comes to the bits above the neck, I definitely prefer clean-shaven faces because beards always make guys look like my dad to me, and that's a pretty huge libido-killer (although if my partner really wanted a beard I'm sure I'd deal with it).

I don't mind opinions, so long as they are qualified with, "but I'm not actually going to MIND if you do something else." I think my boyfriend looks sexiest when his hair (on his head) is a particular length. He gets it cut shorter than that anyway, because that's what he likes. I am perfectly content with this - but I still tell him he looks extra-sexy when it grows back to my favorite length.

Eh...well, I shave my beard and all that sometimes when I get like a Mountain Man, but other than that I leave everything else alone. As for in a suitable partner, I'd prefer her to be well maintained with smooth legs and the like.

I shave my facial hair to prevent it's disgusting growth. For being so tan and having dark hair on the rest of my body, my facial hair is a different color (chestnut to light brown) than the rest of my hair color (dark brown).

Shave it the important areas: chest, face and pubes.

I keep my head hair to medium growth. I cut it every 1 to 2 months, depending on my laziness.
