No it ain't. Perhaps you misunderstood me. Insert international between the words 'to' and 'trade. That better?

Still a contradiction.

Unrestricted capitalism would be laissez faire. There are no tarrifs and other forms of "protectionism" in laissez faire.

That isn't what existentialism is about.

You're the one responsible for giving life meaning and purpose, and you can't depend on anyone else to give it to you.

Existential nihilism is the form of nihilism specifically defined by existentialism. It is not existentialist in nature, rather part of existentialism is avoiding nihilism. It's pretty much the belief in nothing. Existentialists believe that there is no intrinsic meaning to life, but individuals create their own meaning. Nihilists don't believe in any meaning.

I believe that there is one Ground of Being, and that one soul radiates from that outward into each individual, individualizing as it goes outward, yet unitary at the center. That seems basically Hindu to me, but I don't know.

I believe plants as well as animals have personalities, and even places may. Is this pagan? Maybe druid?

I believe Jesus was a sarcastic demanding benevolent human deity who used himself up trying to sow seeds of cultural change. I like him.

Religiously, an odd mix of Agnosticism and Christianity. Like a really open-minded Christian.

Politically, Right-Wing Libertarian.

A few philosophies a have, I believe if you're not harming anyone else, you're entitled to your right to do it. I believe that you only live once, and to commit suicide is just plain stupid. I believe that if one murders, steals, harms, ect, they should have an equal or worse punishment to their crime. There are alot more, but I have another philosophy: I'm a lazy bastard.

Religiously: my family is irish catholics, followers of the pope in rome. But i kind of have my own beliefs: i believe that god lets all good-reasonable people into heaven, and only the very evil go to hell. I also believe that there is a god for every religion, and even if there is only one true god, he will still let you into heaven. After all, you are still at least trying to worship the right god.

Religiously, I'm a Lutheran. Politically, I believe in a federalist ideology in which the states (or provinces, territories, or whatever you call them) have significant sovereignty from the national government. Economically, I believe in mostly laissez-faire capitalism, with heavy objectivist influences. Socially, I'm mostly social libertarian, with some exceptions (pro-life, keeping status quo on drug laws). I have other beliefs on other issues, of course, but these are the ones I consider important.

Religion: Baha'i...basically.
Politics: Democracy. Not republic. Democracy.
Economy: Restricted capitalism. Capitalism makes us lots of moolah, but also kinda screws everyone it doesn't benefit. See Exxon Valdez, Gulf of Mexico oil spill, and Bhopal, India.
I guess philosophically I'm more live-and-let-live. Kinda fuzzy on the terms right now, but I believe that, while everyone has a purpose in life, that purpose is small enough to not have a significant impact if that person were taken out of the equation. Or, alternately, if a person is removed from their purpose, their purpose becomes their removal from the world.

But mostly I like dick jokes and action movies.
My beliefs and my nation's beliefs are polar opposites created in an attempt to:
1. Center myself via synthesis
2. Replicate the government in a book I'm writing

Also, ba-doosh.
