I'll ignore the veiled jab at whomever dealt with the issue and direct you to here, where you're welcome to make a report. In-game issues should be reported there.

Perhaps you should reread the telegram that you were actually sent as there seems to be a rather marked discrepancy between what you reported and what has been logged.

Rightport, you reported on the moderation forum and to your friends that we have told you you can't post on the RMB. To clear up any misunderstandings, Here is what you were ACTUALLY sent:

Sat Feb 23 10:40:39 2013: Nationstates_Moderator sent rightport the telegram "Stop creating threads about "... in your nation" in the General forum. All such threads have been moved to Forum 7, where they belong.".

It should be noted that the Factbooks and National Information forum is also NOT the appropriate place to make such threads. They belong in Forum 7.

You have not been told you can't post to any RMB.
