If Kirby sucked up Frisk, she would simply load her save file (which is canon by the way) and return to where she last saved, and proceed to stab Kirby to death with the real knife.

He comes back whenever he dies (regardless of what happens to his body; also this is in story too, not just gameplay), because he is "banished from death." Has a massive array of abilities, including teleportation, stealth, controlling animals, and more.
Unlike the OP's nomination, he cannot die even if his will is broken (although that is very unlikely to happen).
So it depends on whether one values power or durability more. Talion lacks the power over time, but his immortality is unconditional. Also, because his respawning brings him back away from the place of his death, regardless of what happens to his body, he is able to overcome Kirby's ability.
I don't know that he's the most powerful of all, but he's up there.

Awesome nomination, and I think that, in a fight, Talion would give Frisk a run for her money, but Frisk can do one thing that Talion cannot, control timelines. She would simply reset the world, and prevent Talion from ever being banished from death.

Would she be able to become aware of how Talion became immortal though?
If so, then yes, Frisk is superior. If not, then Frisk would not have the information to do such a thing.

The Narrator is the voice in Stanley's head that is all-powerful.
Some of the narrator's powers are altering different game universes like Minecraft, Shadow of War, Doki Doki and etc. He also has spatial manipulation, pyrokinesis, telekinesis, teleporting other beings and more. Unlike most game characters The Narrator most likely doesn't have a body but a voice in people's heads.

This would not be the first time that Chara has beaten an Omni-potent reality bender who can reset time. She has Frisk’s power of determination as well, meaning she can also manipulate time. During the Arsiel Dreemur boss fight, her soul is about to be shattered, but, as her as her soul splits into two, A caption appears saying “but it refused”, her soul reforms, and she keeps on fighting. In order to defeat Chara, the opponent would need to shatter, not only her soul, but also her willpower, which is impossible. She and frisk where able to defeat an Omni-potent reality bender once before, I don’t see why she could not do it again.
