She turned at the sound of footsteps. Her blue eyes widened ever so slightly as she regarded the two approaching the table.

The man looked respectable enough, wearing what appeared to be a dress uniform of some sort, but whoa... The woman was dazzling.
The diamonds upon her diadem glittered under the yellowish light of the chandeliers above... A beautiful dress... was that Tyrian purple? It was as though she was the Empress here.
Hopefully Marcella wasn't the envious sort. She had just said that she felt upstaged by Marcella's outfit, and now it seemed this lady was upstaging her even more!

The man introduced himself and his companion. He was Justin, Crown Prince of Imperia, and she was Princess Aemilia. The princess showed her a pink diamond necklace, saying it was a gift for Marija, and asked her where they could find her.

"What a beautiful gift... Uhm, Marija?"

She looked off to the stage area, where Marija had been sitting, but she was nowhere to be found.

"Hmm, she was sitting at one of the wooden chairs on the stage over there 'till just now," she told Aemilia. "Maybe she went to the restroom? Or perhaps she's mingling with the guests at the tables. You could try there, I think. Uhm, thank you—I'm sure she'll appreciate your thought."

"Thank you your Imperial Highness." Aemilia and Justin then parted ways to mingle with to other nobles. Just then, the Prince's eye caught on a beutifull woman at the bar. He walked over to have a chat with her.

"Hello, Your Highness, may I inquire as to you you are. Pardon me but I havn't seen you anywhere." Said the Prince, saying it was all his charm and charisma.

Meanwhile Aemilia was sitting at the table when she got news that the Capital of Imperia had just been bombed and that the Imperial Palace was one of the targets of the bombing. She Immediatly ran towards Justin, pulling up her shirt off the ground as to not trip on it.

Btw the Princess that Justin goes to talks to is Alavaine.

I've been itching to get back to RPing after studies have drained every single creative juice out of me, and I feel like I can RP some business moguls making deals that the attendees might not be able to refuse.

A question first: can people not born to nobility but are sons/daughters of multibillionaire families at the helm of multinational corporations join? A multibillionaire's son mingling with nobility wouldn't be too far-fetched if you ask me, plus nobility would definitely love to develop good relations with wealthy megacorporations.

Alternatively, someone from one of the military nobility of Palmyrion would do, perhaps, but they would be junior commissioned officers (in Palmyrian Army, they would be anything from 2LTs to captains). In Palmyrion, among aristocratic circles, military and merchant nobility are considered lower nobility, with ruling classes being higher nobility.

That does not mean, however, that you couldn't get away with faking nobility. Obviously something very obviously farcical is going to be found out, but you can be clever about it.
