Looks like the Natsov issue persists, and the repeals clause reads like legislating in a blocker, which would be a category violation.

I'd like to point out that Wallenburg is a rather transphobic nation IC, so it has an interest in seeing this repealed. Even so:

"These changes are inherently disingenuous. The target does not have a lackluster definition unless one intends to roll back those protections but for the definition provided. Antuan looked over the new version of the repeal proposal. "You have yet to address many instances and questions that other Delegations have brought up. If someone from, say, 'Anderastan' travels to 'Bigotopia' and has to use the restroom, and has the characteristics of both of the binary genders and goes to use a restroom. They might get arrested no mater what bathroom they go into regardless of the fact that they are a member of one of the 15 different Genders in their home nation. Yes, I did just make up some nation names for this but it's a legitimate question that I don't think you actually give a flying fuck about. If both of these two nations were in the World Assembly, there would be no arresting of the individual that I made up because they would be protected under the Resolution that you are now attempting to repeal. While, if it does get repealed, this person would be persecuted and prosecuted by the Bigotopians."

Gerald drums his fingers across his scalp, squinting his eyes slightly. "Yes, yes I think that's the only way to read it, Mr. Ogenbond." He raises his eyes from the paper to the authoring delegation. "How exactly is any gender more 'natural' than another? And if that were even a possibility, how would that have any relevance to the target resolution's concept of a majoritarian gender, which as the name suggests is determined by the frequency with which it is observed?"

Repeating your natsov only argument doesn't make it less illegal. You'll have to make arguments against the actual resolution, rather than merely assert that member states should be free to do whatever they want.

How about the fact that human gender has been genetic for all human history, with the exception of modern times. We must return to tradition and oppose these modern notions which redefine what is written in scripture. Trad states like us therefore object to this convention.

OOC: I'm trans in real life, masculine nonbinary to be exact, so I'm staying out of the OOC side of this as much as I can (to prevent Modly Red Text^TM needing to be brought out), but something really stuck out to me from earlier, something the OP said... Intersex people are not "hermaphrodites". They just don't have such genitals of any one sex so clearly that they could easily be declared to belong into that sex (when at birth the doctors look at the baby, that is). For example, a man born without a penis and scrotum (testicles remaining inside their body) would likely be classified intersex, even if they were XY and identified as male. Same for a woman born without a vagina and uterus (even if they had ovaries and went on to develope breasts and feminine bodyshape) even if she was XX and identified as female.

True hermaphrodism (having both male and female genitalia) is pretty much impossible in humans, because the genitalia develop from a common "starter kit" (which, without hormonal interference, developes into something more closely resembling woman's genitalia, by the way, and androgen insensitivity is actually one cause for how XY intersex people come about), and unless you somehow have managed to develope two sets (which would suggest partial twinning) of that "starter kit", you can't have two sets of genitalia.
