What's Zalgo text?

Text with an excessive amount of combining diacritics, which looks like ṭ̖̬̘ͩ́̍͐̏̄ͥ̋̚͡͠h̡̛̭͕̹͉̼̮̗͎̀̈́i̝̯̲̠ͪ̔͂ͩͣ̈̔͠ṣ̘̏͗ͧ̐ͣͤ̆ͩ͢. The "canonical" generator can be found here.

If it's reported because it's annoying and overused, yes, we're inclined to treat it as spam.

Does the Regional Officer have to suppress it? Depends on what the founder/delegate says, or their best judgment.

If I see a lot of Zalgo in custom fields, I'll remove it. It's annoying when it shows up in mottos in Regional and World Census listings.
