This would make you a Third Culture Kid like me. I think.

Incorrect on all counts [except that first bit] - I've never been to any of those places [OK, I was in Saudi when I wasn't yet born, so... technically?]

Ok. Your mother was in Saudi Arabia for Hajj when she was pregnant with you. Born in Brunei, which is also full of oil. Originally from Malaysia. Currently live in Indonesia. All three countries suck and all three share Malay/Indonesian as a common language. Hope I got at least one right. Countries are states so...

I live in New South Wales, the over-regulation for the sake of over-regulation capital of the world. We're one of only two places in the world (that I know of) and the only place in Australia with stupid, moronic over-the-top legislation for lasers with LESS than 1 milliwatt power. (FTR: The other is Switzerland). Oh wait, we're talking about things we like, not things we find stupid. My bad...

The economic opportunities of New Jersey are nice, aside from that not sure tbh.

NSW is probably the only state/territory/province anywhere in the world where you can both ski on natural snow, and swim at the beach in winter*

*not sure about the later, and in either case, it would depend on which part of the state you're from

That's great, those two are sually mutually exclusive.

With over 800,000 sq km to play with and the nation's tallest mountains (albeit, short by global standards), the sky's the limit. I could go to Tweed Heads in July and it would be significantly warmer than going to the snow in September (we're in the southern hemisphere down here, so July=cold)
