All of those, however, have had their obvious disadvantages – the Damocles system has been extremely expensive, charging subscribers trillions of dollars for membership, CANASS is limited to CAPINTERN members, and of course the Menelmacari Elenpalantir network is export-limited to nations with good diplomatic relations with Menelmacar.
In light of this, Panoptes Surveillance and Telecommunications has gathered seed money from investors around the Free Kingdom and beyond it, and purchased a range of satellites both from Allanean manufacturers and from Syndicate Defense Industries. For a reasonable subscription fee, we will be willing to provide a range of surveillance and navigation services for our clients.
The services we provide are as follows:
Navigation Package: The Panoptes satellite system provides basic navigation services free of charge to our clients, with an accuracy of up to 3 meters. Military-grade satellite navigation services are available on a subscription basis. Once subscription is provided, we will send out encryption keys to our military-grade navigation codes, which can be used to receive an accuracy of up to 10-15 centimeters (3-5 centimeters where signals from our ground stations are available). These encryption keys shall change every 5 years and be re-issued to our subscribers.
The pricing depends on your national population (on the assumption that the larger your nation, the greater the demand on our satellites):
Population below 1 billion: $50 million/year
Population below 10 billion: $500 million/year
Population below 20 billion: $1 billion/year
Population above 20 billion: $10 billion/year
Photo imaging Package: The Panoptes satellite system provides our clients with high-resolution photography systems, similar to the best available as of the year 2022, enabling clients to identify combat vehicles, harvest environmental and agricultural data for research, and otherwise carry out all necessary national research that depends on satellite photography. Infra-red and regular visible light photography is available as part of the package.

Space-Based Radar Imaging and ELINT: radar imaging and ELINT services available, including the ability to track major surface combatants and major cargo vessels, atmospheric events such as hurricanes, hot and cold weather fronts, et cetera, as well as survey radio and other electronic communications and emissions. Satellite-Based Early Warning: For a fixed fee of $1 billion, we shall notify your nation of any ICBM launches aimed at you, as well as any ICBM and TBM launches in nations that you view as a security threat.
