Could my state make a deal with the government Assuw to send POWs and terrorists to Assuw for interrogation and extra-judicial justice?

Basically my first post was meant as background, and to serve as a potential set up of a coalition of nations against Assuw, given that my nation already has troubles with Assuw. Hopefully it will facilitate a response from both Assuw and other nations to contact my government, which will hopefully lead to interesting developments

I hope that any actual armed conflict remains relatively limited and that if a coalition were to form, it would be more focused on diplomatic pressure and not a coalition of nations that seek to just outright invade Assuw or anything.

That sounds interesting. Post-colonial African themed eco-Marxists checking in. We'd obviously be strongly opposed to ruthless fascist governments developing WMDs and keen to "liberate" the tribes. Boani armed forces aren't huge but the nation is very hi-tech. Such forces as there are specialise in jungle warfare and cyber-attacks. They'd come at this from a bash-the-fash perspective rather than a human rights angle. Sound like that has any potential?

The navy does not exist, in Assuw it is called maritime militarized police. I'd like to join in. Seeing a my nation semi-regularly crushes rebel groups in its country, perhaps some rebel leaders fled to Assuw, and my country wanted them back? Could be a good point of tension between our two nations.

While we recognize the fascist government of Assuw, we denounce its apparent practice of killing its own civilians on a mere whim of the police who act as judge, jury, and executioner, seemingly lacking in any judiciary penalties other than a gun.
