I promise I'm not trying to break any rules or get close to breaking them to taunt the mods, I'm honestly just trying to get an image that fits this nation the best...
First I tried to just have the Ex-nation image as my nations flag, I had no clue that was a no no.
Then I used Ex-Nation-But-Not-Really's flag and I probably should have guessed that you weren't allowed to copy other's flags.
So I thought of this:
1. Click on a random ex-nation card so it says the info/gift/junk thing.
2. click inspect element on the #[number of whatever card I click on] and change it to "Ex-nation Card"
3. Then use snipping tool to get a new image that hasn't been used yet.
Would this be allowed? I'm asking so I don't get into anymore trouble..?

This is in the wrong part of the forum, but you cannot take the ex-nation flag. The mods have said that it makes their job harder.

I've been having trouble with the forum ever since I started NationStates so I have been trying to avoid it as much as possible...
I noticed that some people have their flag very close to it though... even closer to it than what I'm trying to do.
Also where am I supposed to go?

If it is far enough from the actual ex-nation flag that people can spot the difference without going pixel-by-pixel, then it shouldn't be deleted for copying the ex-nation flag.

Other rules about offensiveness, copyright, etc. still apply, but this doesn't sound like a problem if I am understanding correctly what you plan to do.

Or he could ask the mods, like he's doing. The only reason why he needs to telegram anyone is if he wants to borrow their exact flag.
