The ranks have been finalized. Check them out here! As always, let me know if you spot any errors.

Now the playoff bracket was a little interesting with the double elim format. I've decided to award playoff round wins based on the number of Upper Bracket round wins, so technically Quebec and Val Z were equal in that regard. If anybody feels like complaining, go ahead and drop them in the thread here and we could look at defining a specific ranking process regarding double elimination formats for future cycles.

For this cycle though, these are the rankings regardless, and Cass is good to go!

Apologies to everyone for not rostering CC1 yet. I had connection issues on my computer and don't keep any NS passwords on my phone. I can give y'all complete league results and if anyone wants to make up a silly old name and say they play for an appropriate team and are from CC1, go nuts, otherwise I will have a roster up soon. Yeahhh, there're always next seasons so I guess I'll work towards that. I still might have a chance to the playoffs, I mean, I think so? I'm not so sure of the exact details to work it out.

I wish I can write more, but time (and the very lack of energy) is not on my side. Which is a bit ironic considering I'm writing a character who made Time her pet.

You're simply in the strongest group of qualifying with two very competitive opponents. Remember, the top two third place teams also advance.

I almost called Group 7 the group of death ICly because I felt like a group with you, Chromatika and me would play out extremely competitively.

Each of our games was decided by one or two points. That doesn't mean anyone did anything wrong. That's just Margaret.

Every single team in my group - especially Sarzonia and Chromatika - have been wonderful opponents and I do appreciate all of the matches we have had so far; on top of that, your RPs have all been a delight to read. Additionally, the victories are all well-deserved, and I am absolutely happy with it.

It is never my intent to be condescending or arrogant and if I am, I am sorry in advance; I suppose it is more of the fact that after two seasons with 10-0, it was a tad... unforeseen, to get smacked with unfortunate luck roll.

Like I said, things can get better and there are always next seasons, so let's try our best for the last qualis, and I wish everyone good luck. ♥

I'd like to think I've learned to find angles in a shocking defeat, though. For instance, my team not taking a lower-ranked side seriously enough or taking their foot off the gas when they shouldn't.

That much is true, I will admit. Though of course, defeat also provides opportunities for stories, from the general complacency or just off-season lack of exercise to... something wild, maybe. ^^

Oh goodness, this was a ride for the CC1 Legion. Many thanks to all whose participation makes this tournament so exciting, especially Cassadaigua, and Trolleborg who did great things with the limited info I gave, and within artistic restraints I found enlightening. A clinic from host and RPers alike. Congratulations to the many who were better than the Legion!

BTW, is it possible I could inherit CC1's history since the Unified Sea Dome Lemon Sharks will run mostly the same players and coach? Not sure how this works in this sport, so apologies if that is weird or offends in any way. (Please ignore game stats for this nation starting now)
