Here is a proposal I think we need to implement.
•APPALLED at the lack of international justice,
•WISHING to establish a safe environment for all nations,
THE WA GENERAL ASSEMBLY HEREBY ESTABLISHES:
The International Justice System.
1. It will have no employees or overseers, being meant as an independent, autonomous, and WA member enforced system.
2. This system will allow for nations to enforce their laws outside of their jurisdiction.
3. This system will require that a international crime record be kept of all past or pending crimes and punishments on an international database.
4. This system will require that all member nations equip their national police force with access to this database.
5. Any person found having violated any law of the nation in which they are a citizen or previously a resident of will be detained by the nation's police force and returned to the nation in which they committed their crime.
6. No nation may alter the database without consent from the General Secretary of the WA. The database will be updated by any member nation (excepting removal of content, which will be confirmed by the GenSec).
If anyone thinks there could be more added, please comment.
