It depends on the size of the anti-missiles used; are they small boys like the Harpoon, Exocet or C-802, mid-tier ones like the Tomahawk, Granit or Moskit, or even one of the big boys; Kh-22 Kitchen, P-500 Bazalt etc. Chances are, depending on where it hits the ship, that any missile bigger than a Exocet will sink the vessel, certainly with two or three missiles.
