I am in favor of this Resolution. The WA Resolution that the current Resolution is attempting to repeal has far too many loopholes to be effectively enforced. Countries who wish to prevent their Citizens from emigrating could simply make up some law that would label any Citizen as a criminal at will. What we need to do is repeal the Resolution and attempt to make another one with fewer loopholes. I applaud the intention of the author who made it, but there are simply too many loopholes. So again, I vote in favor of repeal.
