Our own surveying teams will conduct assessment of your fields to determine the most appropriate sites at which we will conduct our operations. Once we have decided upon locations, we will negotiate a purchase or rental price for the waters we desire; on top of this payment, your government will receive 10% of the net profit earned from our operations in Muati-Soto-A. We will be negotiating for unrestricted drilling rights to the entirety of your reported reserves; that being 48.7 trillion m³ of natural gas.
Considering the scale and scope of recovering these reserves, the cost of finding and developing them as viable sources of natural gas will likely prove very costly, very quickly. Indeed, an off-hand estimate puts the F&D cost not much below 10 trillion NSD (or 4,880 billion ducats), even allowing for large, consolidated deposits. This far exceeds our available finance. Therefore, we would prefer to lease the waters and explorable seabed in the long-term and so minimise our rents over time. As we can assure you that the natural gas we extract from your EEZ will all find buyers, you can be confident that providing T.A.P. with favourable rates will only benefit you and your nation.
As a side note: we are quite happy to retain 25% of what we extract in the form of reserves, or sell them to your domestic market. Naturally we expect any naturally gas acquired by your government to also be paid for by your government. Of course, in gratitude to you we would be open to granting our own discounts, if requested.
By contract with fellow Maltropian firm MCI, our platforms, primarily of the TPX-13 model as manufactured by the prestigious Maritime Imperial, will be transported from Maltropia or other locations and made ready to commence extraction.
