I honestly don't know what its like in Europe (I do know that the Islamic communities are giving governments a very hard time by refusing to acclimate into the populations). I also know that there have been very few death threats coming from either the far right or left here in America. The idea that Conservatives want to kill liberals is a distortion of the highest affair.

The important thing to remember is that not all conservatives are Right Wingers and vice versa.
Also, as long as we keep an eye on the Far Right, and counter their hateful propoganda at every turn, we will be OK.

I have a rather ambivalent attitude to conservatives, largely because I don't fall within any of their sights. I'm christian, white, straight, middle-class and I don't do drugs. So I'm aces with most conservatives. I find myself thinking that conservatives let their prejudices get too much of them, particularly as it regards to nationalism. I hate conservatives on nationalism and social policy. We agree economically (sometimes...) but conservatives never seem to rightly apply it once their in power.
