An open message to all nations concerned:

Greetings for the Republic of Vectors! Our country is experiencing exponential growth, and as a result our economy is in need to grow with the demand. We are sending out a call to the world that Vectors is buying natural resources, land, businesses, resources mines and pre-mined resources. (essentially bumping)We are looking for both short and long term acquisitions. We are willing to pay top dollar, and are very eager to invest in your country! If required, special funds can be sent to certain individuals whom are 'transaction coordinators' between the countries. (essentially bribes)

We are looking for...
Precious metals
Oil/Natural gas
Businesses and companies
Land, islands, city lots
Mining and drilling rights to both land and sea
Precious and semi-precious stones
Metals of all sorts (emphasis on rarer metals)
And anything other you are willing to share so we may diversify our economy.

Since platinum is pretty wanted stuff, but not as much as uranium, but it holds its own applications, hmmm. Cobalt, nice stuff, hard to find a mine like that, mythril, nice again, jewelry and luxery items, hmmm.

If you were to rent them to me, you would get 700'500.00 NSD (seven hundred thousand five hundred) every 2 months, if I were to buy them, you would get one payment of 12'000'000.00 NSD (twelve million)

If the mines were being rented to me, you would get 220'000$ every 2 months, if I were to be sold the mines, you would get a single big deposit of 13'000'000$ (You get more because you would be selling in bulk)

My country has a few mines but given the fact that there is no tradition of mining in Phoenixia at all and the foreign company closed because of reorganization we have a few mines to rent.
All in all
3 x iron mines, each with 20 000 tons discovered deposit
2 x gold mines, each with 15 000 tons discovered deposit
1 x uranium mine with 30 000 tons discovered deposit
1 x diamant mine with now 2 000 discovered gems
1 x platinum mine with 10 000 tons discovered deposit

Make a price for the mines you want to rent and maybe my department can make a deal.
