Government Quarter
Located in the Old City of New Zevkhay, the Government Quarter houses many historic buildings, and as a result is a prime tourist attraction. All buildings are constructed from mud, yet have been updated internally wherever possible to allow for 21st century accommodation standards. The entire old city has access to the Governmental LAN in addition to internet.

Located on the south shoreline, east of the mouth of the river Zevkhos, the sea front area is the home of many famous celebrities. With beautiful beaches and a magnificent view of the bay of Zevkhay, this is the ideal location for an embassy or a private mansion that is still near to the city.

A sign of the more recent flow of Alfegan money, the financial district is mostly made up of ultra-high tower buildings taken by most major companies. The older low-rise areas which the government owns still have that metropolitan feel, with skyway maglev lines and ground-level tramways connecting most buildings or passing over them. Note all plots here are yet to be built on.

Milkavich - The People's City
Central Governmental District
The heart of Milkavich, this area includes many famous landmarks, such as the Palm Square. This area is the most developed of Milkavich, with the highest level of security provided to all diplomats. Recommendations are that all personnel should be escorted outside of this district, and any vehicles here should be able to handle unsurfaced roads. All excursions into areas outside the central government district should seek advice from Alfegos government officials.

Polinapolis - The Breadbasket of Alfegos
North Bank
The northern bank of the river Polinas, this area is home to many light industrial units, as well as large areas of reclaimed land. Now completed by the government, this prime land is being sold off equally to both private companies and any foreign nations wishing to set up either a consulate or embassy in the area. Distance from the sea is 22 miles at the first addresses, meaning that any building supplies can be shipped in rapidly.

Benefits of an Embassy in Alfegos:
- The VIP Building of Liberty Airport will be open to all diplomatic flights from the nation if it has an embassy. In other cities, accelerated check-in will be provided to diplomats.
- Your embassy personnel will receive free travel cards for use on the public maglev, bus, train and tram network, with credit available of Æ10 per day. Such cards can also be used at some air terminals for domestic flights, but will require topping up beforehand.
- Your embassy personnel will have a 50% discount for tickets to cultural events, increased to 80% if it involves their home nation (e.g. International football match).
- Your embassy personnel will be allowed to use private areas of the New Zevkhay beach.
- Your embassy personnel will be allowed the use of Pier AQ and AR in the Marina in New Zevkhay. In other cities, spaces will be allocated at nearby marinas.
- Your embassy personnel will be allowed to dine at the city restaurants and Cafés for 25 % discount, if they present suitable identification.
- You will receive protection in times of crisis by the Diplomatic police and ISS.
- Utilities will be provided at a reduced cost to Embassies and Consulates.

The immigration status of your citizens
- If you are rated as Neutral, you will have either immigration status Yellow or immigration status Blue, depending on how good your relations are with Alfegos.
- If you are rated Ally, you will have immigration status Green or Blue.
- If you are rated Poor, you will have immigration status Orange or Red

Green - Only ticket and 1 piece of identification necessary to enter the country. Fast-track security and customs lanes are available. Security limited to brief hand-luggage x-ray and metal detector. VISAs are not required in any situation. Citizenship application is given fast-track.
Blue - A ticket and valid passport are required. Normal security procedures need to be followed. VISAs are only required for residence past 90 days and some occupations. Goods imported will be randomly screened using various scanning techniques.
Yellow - A ticket, valid passport and VISA are required. Security will include a compulsory questionnaire on arrival, alongside hand-searching of all luggage. VISAs are required in all cases. Goods imported will be screened randomly, but with more intrusive checks.
Orange - A ticket, valid passport and VISA are required, in addition to a prewritten letter of consent from the Alfegos Foreign Minister. Security includes compulsory strip searching and thorough screening of all luggage. VISA application will be more difficult for anything other than a tourist VISA. Goods imported will be screened in all cases.
Red - Normally indicates an embargo with the nation in question. All citizens of such a nation, save for diplomatic personnel, will be deported from the country. Entrance is only possible to diplomats, requiring a prewritten letter of consent from the President's office, a diplomatic passport and a diplomatic VISA. All goods entering from the country in question will be seized.

The Embassy & Consulate programme reserve the right not to require a reason to refuse the establishment of an embassy. The prime reason given was the inclusion of (20x Sawn-off Shotguns). As well as such a weapon being classified as a Class IIIb destructive weapon, the intent on possessing such weapons in an embassy arsenal would hint at the intent to cause mischief or participate in illegal acts in Alfegos. Thus, the embassy application was refused. Furthermore, other smaller discriminatory reasons derived from the application form further cemented the refusal of the application.

To The Right Honorable Frank Carter,

We thank you for applying for an embassy in Alfegos, commending the role that it will have in cementing relations between Monavia and Alfegos, both as part of the Fegosian Union, as a regional partner, and otherwise. The application has, of course, been accepted in all terms.

As you are aware, we place great value in our foreign visitors, and all embassies are afforded the protection of both the Interior Security Service (ISS) and Diplomatic Guard, of the Palm Honour Guard. The location of your embassy, on Prosperity road, puts it on a major route directly to the Old City - the address chosen is almost next to the walls of the old city. The Old City is, as you are aware, where most Government ministries and Senate are located. As a result, there are very regular patrols along this thoroughfare, both by the Police Force of Alfegos, and the Interior Security Service.
In the event of civil unrest, all embassies are able to call direct to the Diplomatic Guard headquarters in the Old City, the guard able to provide rapid reaction to any major incidents. In addition, any specific areas of unrest are targeted by the ISS - thus, should it be required, the ISS can deploy large riot-control sections to such areas, including foot, armoured, mounted and airborne units. Thus, you should have sufficient resources to call upon in an incident.
