In that case, the greenhouses aren't necessary. ;)

Well I guess our biggest difference, economics, won't matter much considering everyone will be dead and society destroyed so money won't matter much.

The me being religious won't be a problem because, well, not really much point in proselytizing if you're gonna be one of the last few people around for a while.

We'll get along fine! So long as we don't run out of food and have to fight to the death to see who eats who.

A large supply of canned uranium from the supermarket would fuel the generators. As for oxygen, most mines have a slanted air shaft, which would only allow a teeny tiny bit of radiation through.

The greenhouse is a simple term used for the underground plant growing champers.

I would gather the willing from all my loved ones, and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime by traveling across the US. Our goal would be the Grand Canyon, and we would try to find a deep cave there to hide out. Of course, we'd bring all the supplies we could, including medicine, and work as humanitarian aid along the way whenever necessary. We'd probably all die but it would be an exciting ending to our lives' stories.

The situation might be different if nuclear war really erupted, but that's my best guess of what I would do.

This assumes I'd fight fair.

But I suppose if we are to survive the end of the world plotting consuming one another before any such thing happens doesn't bode well for either.

True.

Of course, we'd have to actually find each other first, in the midst of a nuclear war. That'd be interesting.

Well hopefully not in the midst as most nuclear wars are projected to last only a few hours because the silos are often the first targets. After that, it's the military bases, then the major population centres, then the nuclear shelters, then the capitols...
