Summary

The Greater Yang Dynasty of Minroz or the Yang Dynasty (Chinese: 陽朝, Pinyin: Yáng Cháo), also the Minrozian Stellar Empire (Chinese: 蒙國恆星帝國, Pinyin: Méngguó Héngxīng Dìguó) or Empire of the Great Yang (Chinese: 大陽帝國, Pinyin: Dà Yáng Dìguó) is a mighty Theocratic Monarchy, successor state to the Ancient Khaganate that exists since the whole Iclamian civilizations took to the stars, the largest and oldest of the three Empires in the Iclamian milky way. Settling in the Northern and Eastern Iclamian Systems of the thriving Galactic colonies, reflecting their past, this vast theocratic society is supported by broad foundations of Clan mega-corporations, sprawling patchworks of vassal nations, feudal-like provinces and semi-independent allied states. Religion has always played a big part in Minrozian politics and the Minrozians believe they are the rightful masters of the world, souring their relations with their neighbours. Minrozian citizens tend to be highly educated, happy-go-lucky and fervent individuals. They consider multiculturism one step on a spiritual path towards embracing their faith. However, ever since the destruction of their original homeworld Iclamia, these tragic events forcied her descendants to live among the stars in order to start all over and a new galactic nation is born as of result.

Defiantly proud of their past as the most powerful Megastate, they’re very aggressive in terms of expansionism, and militaristic than their ancestors, if not more. As an interstellar empire, the size of the Greater Minrozian Empire cannot be measured in terms of continuous territory but only in the number of planetary systems in its control. Their supremacy is endlessly challenged by the Xoran Conglomerate and Galactic Confederacy of Omaska, all vying for Minroz’s position as the most powerful political entity in Iclamian Milky Way.

Like their ancestors, it is an empire of multiple dimensions and galaxies ruled by the benevolent yet autocratic Yang Dynasty. As a result, the Minrozian Empire remains the most stable and military powerful nation-state in Iclamian Galaxy, despite several setbacks in recent history. Under the leadership of the dynamic Yang Family with support of the Six Houses (Descendants of the rulers of the Qing Dynasty - Yang's predecessor), the Great Empire of Minroz must find their place among the galaxy.

Note: Xoraine and Omaska are my NS puppets.

Geography:

Tiananmen Star System
Named after the Forbidden palace complex, Tiananmen is the seat of power in Minroz. This galactic heartland was the first system to be colonised established by the Old Khaganate. Today is the bastion of continuity for the empire and symbol of might as well a rally for the preservation of the Holy motherland’s legacy in the face of outward terrors. Nevertheless, the Tiananmen system is venerated by countless billions as holy ground. The seat of the Empire is the imposing Imperial Palace, the home of the Holy Emperor, located in the City of Daidu on planet Taiyang Prime

Homeworld of Minrozians and Imperial capital of the Empire, Taiyang Prime serves as the seat of power of the Holy Emperor and the Kurultai. Historically is the first colonised planet by Imperial space explorers in the past, serving as central administration for thriving interstellar colonies; after Iclamia’s destruction, Taiyang Prime transformed into the capital of the reborn galactic nation in which reflects their ancestral glories. The planet is home to primary headquarters of many important organisations in the Empire. It is the most sacred and revered place in all the million worlds that comprise the Greater Minrozian Empire. Billions of pilgrims from throughout the Empire flock to Taiyang Prime -- even the barren and contaminated soil that these pious folk tread upon when they reach the Imperial homeworld is considered holy by Ajarist believers. All this serves as a shining symbol of Minrozian power, inhabited by over 95 billion citizens.

Serves as the fortress of Tiananmen System and home to untold billions of scientists, engineers and Tech-priests, mostly profess devoted believers of Omtra herself with their techno-arcane rituals. The planet is covered in sprawling hives reaching miles into the Omtran sky and their foundations delving deep into the planet's core. It is encircled by a massive conglomeration of thousands of drydocks and other starship manufacturing facilities that encircle the Red Planet in a geosynchronous equatorial orbit that is known as the Ring of Iron. It was the shipyards of the Ring of Iron that constructed the vast exploratory and expeditionary fleets of Minrozian Imperial Space Navy and even today produces the majority of the Khaganate’s capital ships.

Government

Reflecting its predecessor, The Holy Emperor is the head of a ritualistic, liberal but authoritarian state, and below him are the Six Lords, the heads of the Six Houses whom are descendents of the fabled Six Royal Dynasties. The Holy Emperor's authority is unquestioned and absolute, but the archaic and bureaucratic system of government makes it difficult for him to exert his rule unless directly in person. Otherwise, the Six Lords rule in his name, dividing the gigantic empire between them. The Minrozian royals can expect to live for at least 1000 years. Extensive cyber-implants and genetic engineering keep their frail/youthful bodies alive, even when their organs begin to fail. These cyber-enhancements and genetic engineering technologies date to the Ancient Khaganate, and have become a symbol of royal divinity in the eyes of the Minrozians. When a Holy Emperor dies the Kurultai elects his successor from members of the royal family.

The head of the government is the Imperial Chancellor, who enforce the Holy Emperor’s will in his name assisted by a diverse assortment of ministries designed to rule the Empire easily due to enormous size and in addition Minroz has a huge assortment of cultures and customs. Like their ancestors, Minroz is ruled by the strong meritocratic government, combine with a stable political structure which anyone who proves their merit can join, based on the results of the Imperial Examinations.

Local administration of all parts of the Minrozian Empire is performed using a uniform administrative structure and set of procedures, with minor modifications to suit local conditions. Their Galactic territories are divided into sectors each controlled by a governor appointed by the government. They independently control the revenues of the sector under the Dewan (Imperial councils). Under them are the paymaster, and the provincial representative of the Dewan who is responsible for the upkeep of the infrastructure and the state industries of the province. Lastly, the Theology council is entrusted with religious, educational, and judicial duties.
