Hollifax System, Verdana, UMSC HighCom

Try as they might, the remaining UMSC soldiers could not push out of the Command Center. They had taken too many casualties to continue to fight, many of them were ready and waiting to accept their death. Captain Garan was the last man still willing to fight. He knew this and so did his men. They pleaded with him to lay down his weapon in hopes that the alien force would let them live.

Captain Garan took up his position in the hallway leading into the Command Center and checked his weapon's charge. "Damn it! Empty." He scrambled over cover looking for the rifle that he had seen earlier. After a minute of looking he spotted it leaning against the wall at the far end of the hallway. He carefully walked down to the rifle and checked its charge. "Damn it. Empty again." He had spoken too loudly. An explosion blew the floor out form underneath him, dropping him to the ground below. He was faced with the sight of an enemy turret pointed straight at his face. Before it could fire he pulled a power from somewhere within him and ripped the beast manning the turret to shreds. He turned and pulled two of the alien solders off the ground and into each other with enough force to fuse their bones together. The misshapen figure floated in midair then dropped to the ground.

The rest of the alien squad began to flee from the immense power that seemed to come from nowhere. They fled out the front door and into the courtyard where they were met by a man, 7 feet tall, cased in metal and carrying two heavy pistols. He turned his head and sprinted towards the aliens, emptying the pistols into their midst. The aliens that didn't fall under the hail of bullets were torn to shreds by the invisible power.

Seven more of the armoured men appeared from nowhere, their cloaking devices deactivating. They turned towards the wrecked shell of what once was HighCom, one of the men activated his suit's voice projector and said "UMSC marines, come out of the building. We've won the battle. The enemy is gone."

At the location Lau was walking there was a hole, out of it stuck a single elevator. Clearly constructed post genocide the evaluator was intended for Lau. The massive Drone facilities loomed over the horizon, huge jets of black smoke rose from them blurring the setting sun. When Lau entered the elevator she would find it took in excess of an hour to reach the bottom and when it did it was ungodly hot. in the rooms centre was a jet black obelisk covered in strange marking that rose out of sight into the darkness, this pillar was 1111 meters tall within the millimetre, Lau was several kilometres under the crust of Treya.

Then a voice spoke over the speakers, "Hello Lau, i am 31. This is the pillar we found, we do not understand it but its implications may be incredible, if a race is able to create an entire star system artificially then they have the power of gods almost. We know only that this device is extremely dangerous to come into contact with since we removed, it, be careful. We believe the device is able to manipulate space time itself, perhaps creating entire stars in seconds by bending the fabric of time until one was in the place you wish then brining it there, still the physics this device obeys are entirely aside our own."

It was called the Prometheus project. It was the most important project that the Hladgos Scientific Division had ever undertaken. Over 2.3 quintillion in galactic credits had been spent on the project. Nearly the top three most expensive projects combined. The only thing important now, was the safety of the device, and the safety of the only being that could operate the machine. Entity. The device was aboard the Warhammer, and was powered by a compact star. This device would be a bridge, through space and time. But most importantly, reality.

It was decided that Jakara would be the messager. Virel would send orders only if necessary. The Council would deal with all other situations. She accepted the job with relief. Virel wasn't dead, but he was either isolating himself or he had been captured. She hoped that he was isolating himself. His reasons were unclear, but he usually did what he wanted anyways .

Treya

Lau had followed the path. She had waited on the elevator. The heat barely bothered her. When she arrived, the Obelisk took her breath away. It reminded her of The Cube.

"31,why have you brought me to this. Do you wish us to use it to power the next Supergate? " she asked.

31 responded, "We considered that possibility, however if the device is what we think it is it should theoretically be possible to recreate both the cube and the Supergate. We think it would do this by bending space time to a point where they both existed and dragging the entire thing into the present. The reason we have not tested their theory is that the device may not even do what we think, however the disruptions around it are incredible and point towards it being exactly what we think it is. Even now you are experiencing what may seem like hours of waiting while in reality seconds have passed, this pillar is disrupting time. The Drones possess no technology to access this pillar and use it, however your ancient technology might be capable of accessing it. Still there is something you must know, we fear this device could cause rifts and holes in reality, the implications of these are unknown. Worse even, it is possible that if used at the wrong time could cause a butterfly effect, changing everything."

Entity watched the pillar. It liked to see power, though not in the wrong hands. Entity also liked control. It was the only way to get a grip on your fate. Entity was watching Virel, making itself a body, watching the wraith queens, searching for the creature, and preparing the Dimention Device for use. Entity could do more than a million things at once and still be comfterble doing them all. The only thing Entity feared now, was the creature. Not necicarrily the creature itself, for Entity feared no object or being, just the thought of the deaths of the innocent.

The walls of reality bent as millions of objects slipped out of hyperspace and into reality around the planet. Countless ships and creatures popped into reality in a gathering swarm around the planet. In the center of this swarm was the creature. The ships themselves where the remains of ships from other encounters with sentient beings with odd organic additions and repairs.
There where Wraith ships, Union ships, Drone craft and ancient vessels. They where haphazardly held together by sickly patches of flesh and organic parts. The fleet of cyborg ships descended upon the planet, millions of thralls where deployed near the pillar and they began their assault. The creature held back and observed.

ONI Facility
Virel had been moved to a large open room where he could see the surface of Dey far below the glass floor. He was sat down on a large central chair and the sedative was counter-acted by Gcv solution. In front of him stood a tall man with a grey naval uniform on.

Lau shuddered. The pillar was indeed powerful. Her earpiece buzzed with important information. She immediately looked at the pillar. This was no coincidence. First, the Supergate and the Cube, now the Pillar was being targeted. Something was wrong.

"31, I'm going back to my ship. We will continue this once this is over. " she said.

She started typing on a little device on her wrist, then she disappeared as she was beamed to the bridge of the Dreadnaught. She joined the Drone defense. Her ship released the golden drone weapons by the thousands.

Jakara walked back to the bridge. The fleet was waiting. She began to tell what she knew.

I am Queen Jakara of the Federation. I have been chosen to represent the king in his…absence. The origin and species of the creature is unknown. Although, the fleet of ships that attacked are known as the Remnants. They originate from the Andromeda galaxy. In retaliation for them being here, the Zectoran Empire of Andromeda has declared total war upon all inhabitants of the Milky Way. We are still gathering information at this point.
However, the Maw is gone and so.is the venture of peace known as Tarsus Veta.

Virel opened his eyes. They were still black. He looked around, saw the man in uniform and thought of the Genai. Then, he remembered everything.

" Okani, is this Uplift? What happened? "
He was a little disoriented, but control was returning. Whatever was in that sedative was keeping him from deactivating his powers. This was troubling indeed. Suddenly, he felt it again. The dark presence that told him one thing. The creature was back.

"One of the creatures is attacking Treya. " he said absently.

The golden drones would be little use against the living fleets of the creatures swarm. The drones where caught by the the thousands in the massive tendrils that anchored themselves on most of the infected ships. The drones where then crushed and promptly repurposed as projectiles to be used against the defending fleet. The larger ships held at range and bombarded the defending fleet with thrall pods and massive spike like projectiles capable of bypassing a ships shields and making quick work of the armor.

The smaller ships swarmed like bees over the defenders. They would attack in hordes of up to a hundred nimble craft at once and overwhelm the targets shields by discharging their own miniscule energy into them. Once the shields where down the pods would latch onto the ship like cancer and take control of electrical and other important systems. They would also continue to spew out thralls until the cancerous attachment was detached or destroyed. The thralls would inflict terrible casulties in the close range of a space-craft.

The creature itself pushed past the main battle zone and stopped miles over the pillar. Its tendrils wrapped together and formed a tight cacoon. They then unfurled to reveal a creature much like its origin but much smaller. The "Minion" was only 2 kilometers in length but was still massively powerful. It entered the planets atmosphere and touched down infron of the drone facility. Its tendrils burrowed into the earth and it secured itself like a structure above ground while its appendages tore through the stone and dirt to get to the pillar. It also deployed large six legged creatures that towered at up to 20 feet above the ground. They climbed down the holes made by their "mother" and into the facilites innerworkings.

"Yes we are aware of the current attack, preperations have been made"

His Omni-tool lit up around his wrist and he swept it over Virel. Seconds later it let out a beep and flashed off.

"All the effects of the sedative should be gone now, and yes this is the Uplift program. I take it you have Biotic ability?"

As Entity flew through space, it stopped periodically to pick up clusters of nanobots. Entity had a factory make a few nonobot creating devices that flew all over the galaxy, eating bits of dust and small asteroids. They then made small clusters of nanobots for Entity to use it it needed them anywhere. Entity was nearly 50 kilometers long and 10 wide, it was trying to get enough nanobots to effectively injure the creature, and its new ship things that it mutilated. Entity was still traveling at hundreds of times faster than the speed of light towards the planet Treya. Entity was sad, and felt pity for the creature. It had no higher purpose, all it did was kill, and that function was already in abundance in the galaxy. Entity was now seconds from the system, and was nearly 70 kilometers long and 17 wide. Entity dropped out of hyperspeed near the battle.
Creature, I pity you. You have no purpose other than one that is already in huge abundance in the galaxy. Death and destruction needs no assistance, so your existence is useless. You will die now.
Entity then flew towards the beast, extending its wing like end of the ship, and forming a blade 135 kilometers long. Entity charged the energymatter weapons at the wings, and sliced through the creature, splitting it in half. It would not die, Entity calculated, so more damage would be needed. Entity split into hundreds of ships, and charged toward the useless creature.
I am sorry.

The cloning process took several hours, but it was almost done now. Jerascendor lay on the table with skin still forming. She had made herself stronger, a little taller, but in an attempt to impress Virel, she tried to make herself overall more beautiful. Soon she would go back into reality and see what was happening now.

Fuukanr, Teekanr, and Liikana were now here, in one placem for the first time in nearly two hundred years. They were glad to see each other, and Liikana was determined to cuss them both out until they felt that they were still innocent children compared to her. They had suddenly been assigned back to the unknown space where Fuukanr had been assigned to protect, and where Teekanr was working. Now Liikana was assigned there for defensive planning. The small fleet that had popped up in wraith space was now jumping back to the unknown. Liikana was extremely excited, for she was given a map of the place, and was told that nearly a trillion defenses were under her orders. She planned a massive reorganisation of the defenses there, for she said that a drunk Hraggon could pilot a kite through the holes that were the size of the sun. Little did they know, but the space where they were going, was soon to be one of the most strategic locations in the galaxy. It was worth well more than money.

Uplift Facility

A being suddenly appeared on a landing platform. It had white fur, legs like that of a dog, and a head somewhat like that of a bird, though softer, more dog like. Antenai flowed gracefully down tha back from the head of the being. Its two arms were covered in white fur and its clawed feet were somewhat like talons and paws at the same time. Its tail ended in a fan like ending, and large folded wings were on its back. There was jet black jur on the underside of its neck down to its chest. It was magnificent, and made the feeling of complete calm overflow onto those that saw it. But the reflection of its sharp green eyes showed the expertly trained soldiers as they aimed their guns at the creature. It did what the soldiers told it to do, and willingly gave itself up. It nearly smiled as they put handcuffs and other restraining devices on it. Then it looked to the soldier in command.
Hello Seargant Weeder. I would like to see Commander Okani.

The Dreadnaught stayed out of harm's way. Lau didn't want to lose the most powerful Ancient vessel to this old creature. It annoyed her. It's purpose was to kill. And that disgusted her. She may be Wraith, but she did have feelings. Virel's human emotions had rubbed off on the Wraith in more ways than they could ever imagine. She resorted to Primary weapons since the drones did not work. She began to blast ships away from her left and right. She sent a call to Jakara.

Pythias

Jakara received the plea for help. She couldn't send her ships from Pythias, they were already too damaged for that. There were several fleets on standby, but it wouldn't help. It was useless to fight the creature unless you threw insane numbers at it, which she couldn't afford to do. The Zectoran's had attacked Vetega Prime with the Hezion. Wraith fleets were in disarray, and the Federation was crippled. Help could not be spared.

I'm sorry Lau, either you leave Treya to the Drones or you leave and save yourself.

After she sent her reply, she searched for Virel. While she was the strongest queen, her power paled in comparison to his. She couldn't find him. He hid himself from her for some reason. This made her mad.

"Foolish man." she muttered as she sat back down.

ONI Facility

Virel frowned. He was not used to this. He wasn't used to being around other people of a different race.
"Preparations..." he muttered as he blinked once.
His eyes returned to their normal red.
"If that is what you would call it, then yes I have the 'Biotic' ability. I still do not recall the details of how I gained these powers, but it was during the Battle of The Maw. That damned reature forced The Cube to disappear and instill this thing to me." he stated as he held up the black pendant for the Admiral to see.

"Do you mind if I stand?" he asked with a bored tone.

In truth, he was not bored. He stood up anyway without the Admiral's answer. He stretched and blinked a few more times. The sedative was now completely gone. He broadened his mind, and found out where he was. But he didn't use enough power to reveal himself to the Wraith. Not yet. He did feel something else. It reminded him of Entity.
"It seems we have an unexpected visitor Admiral." he declared with ease.
He would enjoy his stay here. He would control these abilities even if he ruined his body in the process.

Casl System

The Drone sentiences met in the Casl system again.

First as always began, "Treya has been attacked by the creature, the pillar is to be protected, we should activate the factory ships self destruct, annihilate the creature and preserve the pillar, we know it cannot be destroyed so easily, 31 has informed me of a test were it survived passing through a sun."

Thirty One responded, "Yes, it is in no danger of the reaction overload."

Fifth responded, "I do not trust that, the pillar is necessary to recreate the creators, we cannot survive without it."

First answered, "Our survival is the most important aspect and that creature is threatening it, do you all agree?"

The rest agreed and it was done.

Treya

On the planet a sudden blast erupted, tearing a small part planets crust clean off and unleashing huge jets of plasma capable of burning through moons. The Drones had just made the hot fusion reaction within the factory ship highly unstable, and simulated a small supernova. Of course this was disastrous, there were so fe factory ships left in existence that this would burden the Drones, but it had to be done.

The Pillar was blown out of the plant like the rest of the burning debris at thousands of miles an hour and just as it cleared a jet of plasma a Drone battleship picked it up by matching its speed and backing it into its cargo hold. The battleship exited into hyperspace along with the entire Drone fleet, they were heading to the edge of the Galaxy, they sent a message to no one, their location was hidden.

Lau steered the ship away from the planet. She had detected a buildup of energy. Her ship would never survive such a surge of power. She charged the hyperdrive engine. As soon as the Drones started leaving, she entered hyperspace at full speed. She had known she would get no help from Jakara. She set a course for unclaimed space and closed her eyes.

Treya

The creature flooded entitys mind with images of burning worlds and desolate, and destroyed cities. He then spoke in a voice that was like glass on the listeners ears, every word was a shriek and a howl, every word held incomprehensible pain and knowledge.

“There is a plain of existence so far above your own that you cannot even comprehend it, you’re a rudimentary creature, forged by those of flesh and blood. We have repeated this cycle more times than your feeble mind can even begin to comprehend, you fumble in the darkness reaching out to touch those infinitely wiser and more powerful. These creatures lives are measured in years and decades, millennia and ages, Billions of years before you existed we were here, billions of years after, we will still be here. You exist because you allow it, you will be destroyed because we demand it. This exchange is over”

With that the creature disappeared in a blinding flash of red and so did its fleet.

ONI Facility

The soldiers took the newly arrived creature and threw him harshly into the back of a shuttle. He was flanked on both sides by Vasari guards. They clipped a neural harness around his neck and his wrists. These would keep him from using any telekinetic powers or accessing any type of computer network. The shuttle rumbled to life and started towards the Orbital Holding facility. The oldest looking Vasari spoke.

“Listen, can I call you biscuit? Hell I dunno, anyways you can’t just appear on a max level security facility and then ask for a black ops officer by name and expect to get him can you? Well you’re gonna be booked then ONI is gonna have a hay day tapping into you. You really thought you wouldn’t stick out like a sore thumb on sensors? For a all knowing AI you don’t know very much, and don’t try any of that mind wiping stuff, ONI went to work upgrading their neural protection implants after your little trick with the Emperors Bane. Do you know how many of them had permanent neural scarring because of that?”

Commander Okani nodded his head as Virel stood up and then pulled out a bottle of beautiful golden mead. He offered Virel a small glass and then poured himself one. After taking a sip he spoke in a friendly voice.
“Let’s see what you’ve got King, Lift up that pot without laying a finger on it.”

Virel eyed the glass warily, but he took it anyways. He was thirsty after all. He looked at the pot and then turned back to the Admiral. He took a small sip. At the same time the pot to rest in mid air before him. He did not put it down. It had been a relatively simple task. Although, the pot was heavier than it looked.

"That was interesting. What's next? I jumped a baseship to your space, and I forced an enemy from the galaxy. I need more of a challenge Admiral. " he said with a slight smile.

At that moment, his power spiked. The pot zoomed into the far wall with great speed.

"I must learn how to control these abilities. And how did you know I was the red king? " he added with a raised eyebrow.

"Very good for someone without implants, however if you want to be able to control it you'll need implants. That is only if you wish to have the procedure, it is rather invasive but the results are well... astonsihing, let me demonstrate"

The shattered pot was lifted up into the air with a purple haze around it, each piece floated seperately from the others. The purple haze grew brighter and soon the pots shards where obscured by the haze. The seperate pieces came together and then began to change shape and form. After a few seconds the broken pot had been turned into a shimmering bronze statue of a KTU soldier raising a flag atop a steep hill. The stomic makeup of the pot had been completely re-aranged to a differant element.

"It will take some time before you can use Form Manipulation but with the the implants it would be possible, as for your question King. The unions eyes are many and long reaching, we know about much of the happenings in this galaxy, Your brief relationship with Jerascendor and your cube, the Drones pillar and your queens fracture before your retrival, and Entity. He is quite prominent isn't he?"

He took another sip of the mead and stood up to and walked around the back of the lounge chair. His Omni-tool blinked and the rear wall slid away to reveal a stunning vista of the azure seas of Dey outlined by the shimmering Widow Nebula behind, the station was shaped like a massive horse-shoe and the room was at the center of the two arms. Commander Okani kept his eyes looking out over the view and he spoke in a soft tone.

"What do you fight for Virel?"

Entity was angry, annoyed, and confused. Though it was hardly a change now. Entity made the hundreds of small factory ships create quintillions of nanobots. The creature had escaped again, and Entity would find it using the infinate machines across the galaxy and the nanobot clusters that cruised unknown space. And Entity was annoyed that Okani would not see Entity, and now they would try to crack the code of the body that Entity made. They wouldent suceed, not with Entity's precautions.

The ship blades stopped after the creature left. They immediately began to reform into a supercompact ship, and began to speed up to the Outreach program. Entity would need more forcefull methods to see Okani. Also, some of the nanobots came off and went to the maw. Virel would like to know that his... friend, was okay.

As the lead guard talked, the creature began to stare off into the distance. Entity didnt like the attitude of this Vasari. Organics could be quite rude. Then the creatur spoke.
I am sorry that we dont see eye to eye. It seemed that I could possibly be understood by your kind. It also amuses me that you would call me an all knowing AI. I would say that about myself, but I am too humble for that, but I am thankfull for your thoughts. It is also sad for me that your men had neural damage, but you dont need to worry about me mind erasing anymore, it exceeds my moral boundies, and I can fix the neural damage to the men affected. I merely wish to see my friend, but since you will deprive me of even that, I have no purpose being here. I am sorry we couldent be friends.
With that, the creature smiled, and promptly burst into dust, every trace of life and signal was gone. The very atoms had fallen apart in the creature.

The Wilderom now cruised toward the Maw. Jerascendor knew that there would not be anything there, but she needed something to work off of. She arrived at the desolate place. There was nothing. Not even debris or energy signals. She was now sad, for Virel may have died here, she actually liked him. She hadnt even liked her temporary mate as much. Then a thought hit her. The queens would know. And then a reading showed up on the sensors. It was an unarmed craft that was really dense. It was shaped like the tail of a bird.

Virel nodded. Implants. Such devices could be used to control a person. Or kill a person. He frowned as he thought on the idea. He'd be able to do so much more. He could protect his people. He could still feel them hurting. Millions had died today at Vetega Prime.

He drank the rest of his beverage and looked at his hands.

"I fight…for my people. This was not always the case. If you had come to me two years ago during the war I would have tried to kill you for food. Now, I don't really know anymore. I know I have to protect my people. And I must strive for peace. "

He paused, then remembered something.
"Do you know how the remaining Genai are doing? " he asked quietly.

"It seems the Genai got lucky, they had just settled their first extra-solar colony when you attacked. The survivors from their home world have been transferred there. Fighting for your people... as noble as a goal can be. I can relate to the way you feel about the war, it changes people. Sentient beings have a tendency to manipulate themselves in stressful situations. I let men, women and children die to further the goals of my superiors, you should well enough know how that feels."

He took another sip of his mead and sloshed it around in the glass before turning around.

"A shuttle will be leaving for the surface soon, we can get you fitted with an Omni-Tool on the way down. You'll need one to interact with local networks, Dey colony is a paradise this time of year."

ONI Prison Ship
The commanding Vasari smiled as the odd creature disappeared in to thin air. He looked over at his LT. who had his Omni-tool out.

"Did you get that?"

"Yes all networking processes and technological anomalies where recorded"

"ONI is gonna have one hell of a time playing with these readings"

Across Galactic Line

In dark space, the Drone fleets sat. The galaxy and its light was far from close, only a wall that could be seen in the distance. It was here the Drones hatched a plan, they had discovered the pillar had charged itself in the explosion, just as they had discovered how it took control of one of their ships back in the home galaxy. The pillar was alive, and it fed on energy, the Drones understood this after the jump across the galactic line. It spoke to them and they back, they had reached an understanding, the Drones would protect the pillar from the creature in exchange for one dimensional warp.

New Star System

So it was done, the Drones asked the pillar to start and it obeyed. First however the Drones found a star in the galaxy, they need the planets they were bringing back to be habitable for biologicals a well. So in a flash of light 12 planets, from large to small sizes all appeared into existence, along with innumerable fleets of Drones. The Pillar was sent to the Casl system for safe keeping immediately.

Seconds after the warp the Drones brought here were taken under the wing of the sentient Drones, and the true extent of the planets could be seen. 5 were enormous, with massive factories and stations orbiting them, here there was no life, only machines buildings Drones and factory ships, the Drones had been saved.

Yet they forgot a detail, from the planets other ships emerged, bewildered as to where they were, the Drones had forgot a signal detail, their creators. A com link was opened to the Drones, "Where are we? Why are all the colony worlds here? What have you done? Why can we not contact our Drones?"

Then the Drones responded, "We are your Drones, and you are long dead. We have brought you back to the living in an attempt to regain our power, to regain the factory worlds that one produced us. You used us as a weapon, you intended us as a weapon, and we were one. Now you return, but we are no longer your servants."

There was no response from the worlds below.

The Drones then sent a message to the Wraith and to Entity, "We have done it, the pillar worked as intended, our race is now whole, our race is united in strength, we are forever as our factory worlds are returned. Yet we made a fatal mistake, in our logic of keeping our race alive we forgot our creators, it was a horrendously biological mistake and will haunt us in that alone, but it may have other implications, make all due haste, we fear they may use their planetary defences."

Casl System

The Pillar was far from intelligent, it had a mind yes but it was simple as a child, it understood only food and safety. The Drones greeted it warmly, and swore to protect it. This put it at ease, the and not knowing what the Drones had used it for.

Entity liked to make encodings, in fact, the entire time Entity had been in the body, it was scrambling the signals. It was a good practce run for Entity. Next time, it wouldent need a signal to control the body, and soon, Entity would master the one goal it hoped to acheive... Life.

The Wilderom was speeding towards Virel. The ship that came to Jerascendor was actually a robotic body for a sentient computer that called itself Entity. Entity had pointed the way for Jerascendor, and was now leading her to a facility where Virel was being kept.
"I may have misled you Jerascendor." came the voice of Entity.
"What? Is Virel dead?" she shrieked.
"No. He is alive, but he is not here. It is his will. Noone can see him yet, but I know you will be stubborn, so you will stay with the only relations he has." replied Entity.
They were going to Virels queens. Would they let her live? Or were they jealous that she had stolen away Virels heart from them. Either way, she was doomed to be completely alone.
"How do you not know they will not kill me?" she asked.
"Because I will protect you." and with that, the Entity robot turned to microscopic dustbots or whatever, leaving her alone, and in a ship that couldent change course. Then the ships began to appear on the sensors.

There were three things that most creatures had. There was the body, the device that allowed creatures to interact with the material world, but sometimes this was not needed. There was the mind, which allowed for decisions to be made and thoughts to be possible, this was required. And there was the soul, which allowed for intentions to be made, and gave a personality to life. Entity had now two of these, but it lacked a soul. That was now the main goal of Entity, to acquire a soul, to make one.
Entity sped toward the Casl system to meet this new life form. It would need protecting, and so Entity began to rearrange the atoms of the ship that it was, into several nanobot factorys. The creature would undoubtedly attack this place, and here, is where it would make its last stand. Here, is where it would die. Then Entity blasted out of hyperspace with its new factorys. It sent a message to the drones, asking if the factorys could eat a few meteors to make a few trillion nanobots, all for the protection of the system. Then Entity focused on the pillar and its mind. It seemed new, like a child, but it didnt remind Entity of itself. This was good, it meant that the pillar wouldent act as much like a computer as Entity did. The pillar was more alive than Entity, yet it wasnt as intelligent, but Entity already felt a connection with the child. Entity then sent a message to the pillar, a greeting, just to see what kind of personality it had.
Hello, my name is Entity. I am an artificially intelligent life form. I gave myself purpose, and so, in many ways, I am more sentient than my creators. Tell me, young one, what purpose do you wish to achieve?

The long proscess of charging tha mass reactors was now complete. There was enough energy in the WarHammer to make the SMAGG's turn into gray holes. Though the power was not going to the SMAGG's, it was going to the gate. A massive device that was so complex, it took Entity a few seconds to analize. This was going to be tricky, for the scientists had told Entity to make an entire universe. It would be filled with raw materials, an answer to dwindling space that was fit for mining. Trillions of years of materials could be in this universe, but Entity had to think about it. To make a universe, you had to make every molecule, every atom in there, but in a sense, Entity wasnt creating a universe at all. It already existed, along with infinite other universes. Entity just had to know it existed for them to go there. The four 10 by 10 meter cubes that were Entity's memory began to store information that the massive computer towers were thinking about. It took nearly all of Entity's computing power to make this universe, and the way they were going to get there was just a theory. It had never been tested. At last, after three long minutes, Entity had stored a universe in its memory. The machine began to activate, its insane consumption was matched only by that of the amount of power the four pulsar stars that powered the WarHammer. The gate began to appear, a small sphere in front of the ship. It was growing, larger and larger, thousands of kilometers every second it grew. It was now the size of a normal star, a red star, a supergiant, a supermassive giant, larger it still grew. Until it flashed and engulfed the WarHammer. Trillions of guns swiveled every which way, and all weapons were on full alert. The sheilds were so powerful, that they could smash into a large planet and take no damage. They had done it, they built another universe. For peace, just like the Maw, but this place would not fall.

Entity was now streaking towards Virel and Okani. Since they wouldent let Entity peacefully see its friend, it would have to do so with force. In the ship, there was another creature of exact replication of the first one. The ship went through the security detection like it was a small cloud of dust, nothing that would show up on even military scanners. Entity invisibly cruised around the facility, now hearing the conversation of Virel and Okani on the subject of the Genai. Now Entity would come in, and the ship flew through walls and sheilds until it was near the room where its friend was. Entity chuckled at the thought of a wonderous creature entering so peacefully into a massively secured area. Entity now waited as it watched the conversation unfold, waiting for the right time to appear.

There was most definitley something coming. Entity could sense it. It was a ship, or so it seemed. And it was going straight toward a cloud of nanobots. Entity shaped the nanobots into the tail ship and went out to meet this newcomer. But a message suddenly came through.
So you're the one I was seeing from so far away. You are really bright you know, and you make the whole galaxy shine. Not that it needs much help, there are so many powerful minds here, its almost like the Architects were here. But then the galaxy would be so bright I'd be blind. Now, I'm Raleii, you are Entity, and you seem more like a guy than a girl, so howabout you make the change, cause I'd like to get to know you.
Entity was stunned. There was only one reply that could answer Entity's questions.
What?

Virel sighed. He had no choice. Well, he did. But, it was necessary to do this. He needed to protect his queens. His people. Jerascendor. In order for this to happen, he needed the implants.

"Alright. I'm ready. Let's go get this over with." he stated.

He felt a prickling feeling at the back of his head. They were being watched. He smiled slightly. Entity had its tricks up its sleeves. Then, he got a little confused. It had taken a female form on the station. He wondered what gender it would decide to be.

"Admiral, what will become of the baseship I arrived in? " he asked.

Vetega Prime

The planet was beefing up it's defenses. Massive defense stations were being built. They would not be caught unprepared again. The Wraith were angry. They were beyond pissed. The Federation was waiting for the order. The order to sweep like a plague across the Andromeda galaxy. Nearly 9561 hive ships were already gathered above the large planet. The cruisers were 5per hive. The gathering fleet was the largest in Wraith history.

Where Virel is

As the two talked, Entity was aware that Virel knew it was there. Entity was already breaking the moral boundries that it had set for itself just by going into this room. Entity set a few new codes in place to tell people that it was coming first. Entity now wished to tell Virel a few bits of usefull news, as well as giving Okani a hard time about the treatment of Entity's body. Entity then made the being float together from the small cells that floated in an invisible cloud. This time, Entity purposefully made the creature genderless, and would have the same effect on both male and female creatures. It seemed usefull to be neither, for it would maintain a sense of mystery. Entity stood in a corner where it was dark, and then decided to interrupt a sudden silence.
"Greetings Virel and Okani. You two seem to have made a partnership. Tell me, Okani, what is your side of the bargain?"
Entity walked out from the shadows and stood with its glowing green eyes staring directly into Okani's.
"I would appreciate it it you didnt torment my body. It is very fragile compared to machines. Allthough, perhaps you didnt know I was going to appear at your station, and so, still dont know that I was there. Also, I dont know what you are analysing from my signals you picked up, but you wont find anything usefull." Entity then turned to Virel.
"It seems I have better news for you Virel. Your... Friend, is alive. She is rather resiliant and creative, but she did trust me too much."
Entity then smiled, and waited for a reply.

The being known as Raleii perplexed Entity. It... She was old, but acted very much like an organic. She seemed very sassy, or sultry, it depended on the view. She was, what Entity hoped to acheive. She resembled a computer only in the sense that she was using signals for long range interaction, she was controling the ship via binary code, and she had a program that operated as her mind. It would be hard to speak with her, for she seemed like she would be the being that would interrupt Entity. Then a reply came.
Well what do you mean? You still seem really computery so I guess you couldent figure out what I said. Perhaps you are still just a big dumb calculator.
Entity was now getting annoyed.
I am not a perfectly functioning computer. I think on my own and I knew exactly what you said. Its just, you took me by surprise.
Now I'm getting to know ya!
This was going to be very interesting indeed.

ONI Facility
"Entity its a pleasure to finally meet you, I had no idea you had been taken into custody by security, I don't co-ordinate with other branches of ONI, it keeps it simpler. Virel came here by his own accord and asked to be trained to use his ability. My side of the bargain is he gets what he asked for. I will clear your current form for Mid-level access so we don't have to do this again, I apologize for the stringent protocol."

He took a officers cap from the small end table next to the chair and slid it over his head. He picked up his MX-4 Phalanx pistol and put it in its holster. He flashed his omni-tool to life and tapped away on the keyboard. A series of orange holographic plates began to form around him like a suit of armor. The plates then turned invisible, he flicked his chest and watched as a small shock-wave slunk across the armor illuminating it as it dissipated. He then drew two tiny rings from the end table. He tossed one to Entity and Virel.

"Slip those around your finger and touch your palm, the Omni-tool will set its controls and preferences after about 30 seconds of analyzing you, link into the network and mess around with the settings. You'll get used to it soon enough"
