But what about the teams who don't play friendlies. Wouldn't they be at a disadvantage

2) Many of us would like to see a significant reduction in formal hosting responsibility for friendlies anyway - a constitutional reform to that effect only narrowly failed in the last round of reform votes (and then only because someone forgot to vote).
