The Ryouese-Serbian War (OOC Thread)

Before I launch the Restart of the "War with Kingdom of Serbia" Thread. I have decided I will put down a few rules that will be used.

First off the war will be a Regional war, fought in the area of Europe and The Mediterranean Sea, making it mainly a naval and air war. The main action will be in the Adriatic Sea and the skies over Serbia. (as I do not have a Regional map of Newsman, I am only guessing where Kingdom of Serbia is.)

Also the war will be MT, No Cybernetic soldiers, no Star-ships, Not Uber-powerful Missile Shield, NO WMDs of any type and NO godmoding.

Also I will put down a list of approved players as the RP will be closed off to everyone else and there will be no OOCs in the IC thread.

As one of the main parties involved I'd like to say that I would like Mosasauria and Lakeland involved, if they wish. Because really, if you look at the numbers, the Anti-Serb coalition has what, four times the population of our side?

I don't see anything wrong with what Lakeland was doing. He RPed out a handful of skirmishes, yes, and that was probably a bit out of line, but I think if you had just explained it to him instead of ignoring him off the bat, he would have understood.

and one of the reasons for a OOC thread, to talk about the problems that plagued the IC RP. I might add him, but I will talk to him first, with help from a few other nations more good at RPing then I am.

I do believe that when conducting a war it is for both main parties to decide these things together. I believe even a Nation coming to your support declared that in regards to the technology used in the IC thread before it was locked, Ryouese.

Just to let you all know this is not a sign up thread as I will not pick nations willy dilly, I will pick those that are good RPers and will be good in RPs. Serbia might do the same thing also.

Okay I just wanted say the missile shield I was trying to depict would be similar to what real life Israel or South Korea has with Patriots, THAADs, and Arrows.
The system would not use the same names as I dislike doing so but would be comparable with all it's advantages and disadvantages and I was going to include narratives on the ladder. Also I would like allow lakeland in the RP. I know you disagree with him because he depicted narratives without you being able to write counter narratives but he has assured me he is willing to play fair and change his writing style.

I would petition you, Ryou, to be listed as a possible third party. Despite the information regarding Evraim, I am quite experienced and if you so require can provide examples of my expertise. Principally, I prefer political engagements, so if accepted you ought to expect quite a bit of intrigue. I'll probably just watch for a little while, and possibly deploy diplomats to both Ryou and Serbia.
