Now to leave the classroom for any reason, a student must have a signed pass. This really gets to me during my last class of the day, which is literally right across the hall from bathrooms, water fountains, and my locker. Students here usually just complain, but they might actually do something about this. Thoughts?

That's probably because students are dicks who'll use an excuse to leave class as an excuse to do drugs, abandon the class, break rules somewhere private or any multitude of things. Oh no, you need teacher permission to leave their room and abandon the learning environment...?

I'm not concerned about teacher permission. As a matter of fact, most of the teachers think its stupid. Unfortunately, they have bosses.

My God, does that mean that you...you have to actually stay in the classroom and...and learn?
The Mayans were right. These are the end times.

It really isn't that ridiculous, not to mention the teacher will most likely just let you go if you need to use the restroom across the hall without the pass.

As I understand it they will taser him and then put him in jail for life these days.

They ignored it for a while, until the higher ups shoved it down their throats. They run the risk of being written up for letting us walk 10 feet outside the room.
