The Vilitan Association of Sporting Equipment (VASE) has unveiled the first completely new Vilita Jungle Cats kit since World Cup 16 in a stunning ceremony outside Marine World Park in Crosaibi, home of Marine Coast United. While other kits have come and gone, including those used in regional competition in joint efforts with the Island Emirate of Turori, the Jungle Cats have used the same base design from VASE in World Cup Qualifying since World Cup 13. There have been outside kit vendors to provide temporary alternative designs for the National Team post World Cup 30, but none that have come home made from Vilita.
Keeping from the tradition of all previous Vilitan-designed Jungle Cat kits, the display uniform carried the number 14 and the name of Germán Salomón. Salomón was one of the Jungle Cats stars in World Cup 13 and many early Vilitan successes. 5th on the Jungle Cats all time senior goalscoring list, Salomón was also the top goalscorer for the Yeaddin Owls in the inaugural season of the V-League, leading the league in scoring as the Owls became the first V-League champions.
The original Vilitan kit style is not forgotten. Designed to represent the flag of Vilita itself, the white version will still be used as traditionally designed. The new dark kit still has flag-like orange trim but a more traditional navy plated appearance. The kit was sold only at the Crosaibi store after the unveiling and does not go on sale to the general public until the start of the Cup of Harmony, however, general reception of the kits has been positive in Vilita, and should also provide an additional revenue source for the VASE and the Vilitan Football organizers in an effort to revitalize the domestic game in the country as well.

Some of the Vilitan National Team players were on hand for the kit unveiling, taking time out of their Cup of Harmony preparations to model the new kits and shake hands with supporters. Most notable of which was Sirkii Moliaudo, the local striker from Crosaibi who netted 4 times in 14 matches during World Cup 57 qualification as a strike partner to Yeaddin's Kristofer Kilpter.
The Jungle Cats intend to use their new kit in all Cup of Harmony matches, unless there is a color conflict that requires changing to the alternate whites. Coaches Kris Wrice and Tika Massa, also on hand for the kit unveiling, mentioned that there were very few changes in the Team Sheet for the Cup of Harmony. The players that trained with the team for the World Cup Qualifying would also train in preparation for the Cup of Harmony. However, they did mention that some players may have moved up or down in the depth chart given their performances during the Qualification campaign, and the official team sheet would be distributed with updated information including updated player statistics, biographies and transfer information.
