The WA subfora are primarily reserved for discussing issues, not dedicated roleplay. Let's just stick with the roleplay-ish threads we already got,

We already have the original Strangers' Bar, which anyone is free to post in. Why do we need another?

And in response to QoD, I don't feel like the rest of the community should go out of its way to uphold a single player's IGNORE.
This has been an OOC post.

I understand its name is the World Assembly's Strangers Bar and not the General Assembly's Strangers Bar - but its separation for the Security Council subforum still stands, and besides - how is one suppose to walk in the Strangers Bar and talk about Security Council stuff like Liberation resolutions or C&Cs without disturbing the RP style of the Strangers Bar. I think this a good chance for gameplayers to explore their style of RP - which was why I was trying to consult them on it.
And you'd think members of the Security Council would have a place to chill by themselves too...

Well, leaving aside the question as to why gameplay-based discussions need to be roleplayed in the first place, I already said before that these are not dedicated roleplay forums; if you want roleplay, there are five whole subforums under "Diplomacy" you can use. Just because we're starting a new subforum here does not mean it automatically needs its own roleplay topics -- primarily because roleplay is not the main reason we're here. We're supposed to be discussing issues, not creating excuses for our ambassadors to run around naked with lampshades over their heads.
Besides, diplomats are discouraged from discussing proposals and resolutions in the Strangers' Bar; it's supposed to be an atmosphere to cool off from heated debates, not restart them elsewhere. It seems to me the Security Council ambassadors can cool off just as easily as the General Assembly ambassadors can in the same establishment -- especially since they're supposed to belong to the same organization.
